Bed was very comfortable and slept well despite the heat. Pillows comfortable. Lovely decor.
Lovely building and location with street parking available.
Directions to key safe, and associated instructions are very clear. 😊
We put the strongly scented room freshener outside the room overnight.
It's an older building so you can hear the bathroom next door and the guest in the next room. This isn't something that can be fixed but more that other guests are aware of..... it's one of the nicest guesthouses I've stayed in.
However, everyone was very sensible and it was quiet from 9pm.

Very hard to gain entry into the place with the sophisticated codes at the gate and no one answers when you call. I had to assisted by neighbours who knew how to get entry.

The house is beautiful. The check-in is easy. The host was very attentive and answered questions straight away.
Shared bathroom with strangers: I can't remember the last time I had that. Four people had to share one bathroom; it was not great, especially in the morning. The free parking indicates that parking is available on the premises; however, it is located in a very busy residential area. Last but not least, cleanliness. The room was dusty, the sheets were wrinkled, and there was little love in this place. The kitchen, in particular, could do with some deep cleaning.
