A gem in southampton

Lovely 2 day stay dropping my Sister and B-in-L off for their cruise. Perfect location.

Great position for anyone joining ships. Host very accommodating.

Could not open lounge window, however this was not the fault of the host. Previous behaviour of guests behaviour resulted in host having to keep door closed. Such a shame.

Perfect for our needs

Location was great for bars/restaurants in the evening and for access to the marina to collect our charter boat in the morning

Appallingly bad

Location, cleanliness

Broken, unusable bed, causing 2 of us to sleep on the sofa. The attitude of the owner .. Donna, was appaling, very defensive and followed up with accusing us of breaking it, because the previous occupants had no complaint about the bed. We took photos of it as proof. She refused any compensation and her whole attitude was very upsetting. Also we arrived at the property to find the key code hadn't been emailed, we then struggled to get the code so ended up going back to our friends in Totton, eventually Donna rang and gave us the code. The property was lovely on first glance and we were thrilled, but the broken bed and owners attitude was incredibly poor. I have warned other cruisers about using this accommodation. We certainly won't return.

Our 1-night stay was lovely in the best part of Southampton, with easy access to the Waterfront.

The spacious rooms were lovely & the toiletries in the bathrooms were much appreciated. We were also very grateful for the water, milk & bikkies in the fridge 😊

The faulty fridge door that rattled with the vibration of the fridge motor all the time.

Good value for money and location suit us

The location is near the marina and local shops and restaurants. The rooms are huge, and have complementary water, coffee machine and toiletries

Excellent location and facilities. As a base for a break it's ideal and about 10 mins walk to City

Really good location for us working in the Cruise Terminals in Southampton. Easy to find with shops and restaurants on the doorstep though we usually to Oxford Street as have favoured haunts.

Car park space was occupied on the first night not much the host can do about that.

Disappointing, no view at Marina and no balcony. False advertisement!

The only good thing about The Property were clean linen and towels

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Better spend your money at Harbour Hotel! Better location! Better value! It is a run down flat and it so wasnt worth The price we paid to stay there. „City view” is a parking lot and supermarket. It is not facing marina as pictures indicated. No balcony!!!! So there is another disappointment there! Noisy beds, silly stickers all over The flat telling you to not use/touch things coz they’re broken, dusty fans in The bathrooms and skirtings all over The flat. Dirty/broken sofas; table in The lounge barely standing. One of The bedroom’s window had broken handle and we could not open it! It was covered with paper sheet on double sided tape. So there was no view from that window at all. The list goes on and on!! Proper SCAM!

Comfortable, well located and suited us perfectly well.

Property was in a good location with plenty of eateries around. Apartment was bigger that we expected and It was clean and tidy with games etc in drawers and you can sign into Netflix on the tv. Comfortable bed although a little short for my husband. We were able to contact the host easily enough and we were able to have an extra car parking space for our sons car. We saw David Seaman

Although lovely and clean if I had to pick something it did feel a bit “lived in” and I would maybe either not provide toiletries/tea or coffee or change to providing individual ones because some people don’t like sharing with strangers but obviously I appreciate this is a cost thing.
