Clean, tidy and accessible to the hospital

Rooms were clean, tidy and easy to access. There was a nice lounge diner to eat dinner in and good kitchen facilities.

Breakfast not provided. Property very clean. Very easy access to hospital which was the most important thing for me.
TV didn’t work. Message appeared on screen to say WiFi wasn’t compatible which was very poor in my view. I think single bed could have been bigger.
Heating in room didn’t work - again, not great for mid-October. Kitchen should have had a blind or similar. I could have felt very visible. I didn’t think it was appropriate to ask me to leave my shoes by the front door band wear very basic slippers. Complied but carried my shoes into the bedroom.
