Expensive and not well maintained, lower than the bare minimum , shame

Not clean at all, bathrrom, kitchen, bed linens floor, dirty, dusty, oily, smelly, noisy. Got used to it bcz i had no other choice but i had to deep clean everything my self cause i really could not trust the poor hygiene state of the place

The location was perfect - an easy walk to and from the city and the marina's. The house is nicely decorated and maintained with good facilities.

Moldy Health-Hazard. Don't Go.

We had to leave after one night: my partner is mildly allergic to mold, and after the first night he had already developed chest pain. It looked like there was water damage in the room which wasn't handled properly and the mold had only been superficially cleaned off, but even that must have happened a while ago. Upon further inspection we found a lot of mold behind the kitchen counter. There was also mold growing on the permanently foggy window, which means it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The shared shower was absolutely filthy. Thick lines of black mold grew on every side and even up the walls. Try to look at the pictures and not lose your appetite. We alerted the owner right away and demanded a new room. They say they sent a maintenance man, but didn't alert us first, so we obviously we weren't in an appartment that cause health issues to be in. It wouldn't have helped anyway, since the health hazard caused by mold spores isn't immediately removed when you clean off the visible mold from surfaces. The maintenance man didn't even clean the shared shower they had access to. Since they couldn't offer a new room, we're trying to get a refund for the 8/9 nights we couldn't stay, but no luck so far. They offered a 50% refund which is apparently revoked, since booking.com says it can only give out a 20% refund.

Very good value for money and convenient location

The property is a great location from the central station and town centre, there a lots of shops and local bus routes close by. The house looks clean and room is decorated nice. I like the self contained kitchen and I made some breakfast and dinner whilst staying here.

There is no mirrors in the bathroom and the bed is not the most comfortable but it’s okay to sleep for a couple nights. It would be better if there was extra pillows.

A new inexpensive mattress and I’d stay again

Close to the city centre

The mattress. I’m not a princess at all, but the mattress was laughably uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on top of the folded duvet to try and get some sleep. Considered leaving after the first night but resorted to sedation by wine instead . It is a shame as this is a fab little apartment with lots of thought put into kitchen and good access to the city . There were lots of previous reviews of the mattress, so I was hopeful that it had been replaced as a comfortable nights sleep is perhaps the most important thing when away from home.

Expensive for the state of the rooms.

The room had its own kitchen and bathroom. Son was in The room next door so family was together.

Cleanliness was poor, windows were filthy, trouble shutting one of them as handle was broke. The shower was dirty and had hair all around the bottom, the front door handle fell off repeatedly. The outside was clean but paintwork was flaking off the building.

Comfortable clean room shared bathroom and toilet but always clean, handy kitchen in room everything you need if you like to cook., it's closet to shops and takeaways and close to town centre.

Can't complain about a very cheap price for two nights stay.
