The location has an amazing view, and was very quiet due to it being February
The onsite shop didn't seem to be open when we were Led to believe it would be.
Also there was no welcome booklet with information for appliances like the heating/gas oven

The location was incredible. Veranda with views of the sea. Beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. Washing machine and dishwasher were welcome.
Unfortunately this caravan is far from luxury or ‘new’ as stated in the title.
It was filthy. The windows had hand marks from previous guests. The toilets were not clean under the seats. The floor was covered in ‘bits’ and old food stuffs from previous guests. Nothing had been moved to clean. Bits under the beds. Dirty crockery and cutlery. Breakfast crumbs on the table and cobwebs all over the walls. The oven does not work but luckily there was an air fryer so we were able to use this. The decking had rubbish and crumbs left. This was all noted upon arrival so none of this was our doing. I clean for a living so I know what basic cleanlinesses is and unfortunately this didn’t match any kind of basic cleanliness.
The board games in the caravan didn’t have any boards in so couldn’t play these which was a shame as the TV’s (3 of them) didn’t work either.
We were glad the weather was fantastic because it meant we were out most of the time.
