Cool, fresh and only mildly disappointing

Good honest food with a varied set meal choice. Clean room with all basic facilities. Good friendly service.

Booking.com made no mention of the extra €20 per person per day payable for use of the pool/spa area. Had we booked with another online agency, this would have been included. The hotel informed me of this extra charge in their booking confirmation email, by which time I had already paid for the accommodation and couldn't cancel without loss. After arriving at the hotel and examining the facilities, we decided that it was not worth the extra €80. We wish we had booked with Lidl Viaggi instead.

L'organizzazione delle uscite in gruppo o cmq i suggerimenti per andare anche in autonomia. Staff veramente cordiale e preparato.

Le camere erano sopra la sala delle attività serali alle quali non abbiamo partecipato e quindi era rumorosa.

Magnifique séjour

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de la station. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Les repas et buffets sont bons (produits maison). Le local de rangement des skis est exceptionnel (casier chauffé, sécurisé par carte, situé au pied des pistes) juste en face de l'hôtel. Parking pour la voiture. Séjour parfait on reviendra.

C'était parfait ! Les quantités du repas du soir un peu faible , mais c'est un détail et très personnel.
