We had great time at the hotel and will recommend to family and friends and likely to visit again.

Everything was great! The staff and the owner were very welcoming and kind. The food was amazing, from the quality to presentation - 10/10. Our stay was around Christmas, so we had the pleasure to be part of the Christmas Gala night, which was very nice experience - amazing food, life music. Our room was specious and clean, the spa facilities were good.

Nice but not luxury

The dinner restaurant was beautiful, the rooms were clean. There were several things that were thought of, but still need improvement - the children's room, the bar atmosphere, etc. The dinner manager was true professional.

The hotel definitely does not have luxury status. The hotel looks better on social networks and in pictures. In reality, some areas of the hotel have been renovated, but most have not. For example, the hotel corridors, the family spa. Although the dinner restaurant was nice, the service needs to be improved. The food was brought too quickly (one meal after other), it was difficult to order drinks, and the atmosphere was stressful.

There was one kind waitress.

Bad location. Our room didn't have any view at all. Food was not very good. There were no slippers for spa area, although the hotel names himseft luxury spa. We had to ask for every single thing - no pads etc. No bathrobe for kids.

WOW! Just one of the best places we stayed. Absolutely fantastic lodge, cozy and comfortable... Smiling and friendly staff, delicious dinner, amazing nature around... what else do you need for the ideal vacation?... Highly recommended!

Staff were so friendly and hotel was very clean. Food was excellent and extremely good value. The hotel manager saw that we were driving across Europe and provided an amazing recommendation to drive through Fondo - Merano region which was truly spectacular - thank you!!! We will be returning again

Relaxing experience.

The location was great, and the restaurant, spa, and room were all really nice. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

It would be nice to have a few extra items in the bathroom, like a vanity kit, more soap, and spa slippers.

Amazing ski holiday in Marilleva

We had a fantastic overall experience, we have been welcomed extremely well and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we would have had a great time there. The owner was always happy to help with any queries and accomodating our requests. We traveled with a toddler and they were very helpful throughout to make our life easier. The pool and the restaurant were the main highlights, as well as the great position.

We didn't like the fact that there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room at night, as some night the temperature in the room was too hot and the room was very dry. We asked the management but, as we were expecting, they said that unfortunately the temperature was controlled centrally. Worth noting that there was an AC in the room but no way to operate it, only the fan function would work.

A real gem.

We stated in a self-contained "lodge" with two bedrooms, living space and a kitchenette. It was very clean and modern. Furry slippers, robes, flipflops all in the rooms. Blankets too. A fake real fire in the living groom. Then a patio with a whirlpool and a sauna.

Only one sofa in living space - not everyone could sit there. Sauna apparently did not work. Otherwise, flawless.

Superb

I loved everything about the hotel, the room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet! A dream! I also had my kitty travelling with us, and she was welcomed as well! The wellness area is amazing, The outdoor pool is heaven 🙌🏻

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion, is food. Don’t get me wrong, both breakfast and dinner were good, but for the money we paid and for the standard of the hotel I would have expected exceptional food.

I absolutely loved my lodge/apartment! It was much bigger than I expected, and it smelled amazing!! I especially loved how clean everything was (I mean, absolutely everything, even the coffee machine was sparkling). There were heated floors in the main bedroom, so cozy and warm ❤️. Automatic shutters in two of the rooms, and a private sauna and Jacuzzi 😍Did I mention the entire place smelled fantastic?? Would absolutely stay here again, with friends. Loved my stay 😁

Struttura e staff eccezionali. Colazione e ristorante eccezionali, poi il bar aperto fino a tarda serata é una chicca. La king suite con idromassaggio e sauna rappresenta un’offerta favolosa. La posizione è anche comoda per raggiungere le piste di Marilleva e Campuglio.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Camera deliziosa, colazione strepitosa e staff sempre sorridente e gentile. Per quanto riguarda la Spa è andata oltre le mie aspettative. Posso solo consigliare vivamente questo bellissimo hotel. Spero di ritornarci presto.
