Room was small in conparison to others and more expensive (timing). Also the spa was an expensive additional cost.

Overall the hotel has great potential if they fixed a few things.

The evenings at the lobby were really great! The pianist and the fireplace make it a good atmosphere to chill after a day on the slopes with a few drinks. The reception staff was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast selection was good, had everything you need. Spa has good potential if you are lucky to book in with no kids (so you can relax) and with warmer water temperature. The steam room, sauna and relaxation area downstairs is spot on.

Food in the evening was very average. We only ate there once due to that reason as there was not much choice at the buffet and the meals from the menu were also just okay. The SPA is an extra charge which is fine as it states it in the booking, however the spa is NOT adults only. More than likely it’s not all times of course depending on luck if many kids will go at that time but our times slots were full of children who were very loud in the pool that you could hear them in the sauna which was a level lower. The water temperature of the both pools was too and the jacuzzi (basically you were cold in both). SPA has great potential if it was adults only as it’s not really suited to kids anyway and the water temperature should be higher especially the jacuzzi. Other parts of the spa were really good. There are two parts of the hotel. Old and new. Most of the photos are from the new part. Clear difference so just keep an eye when booking as to which part you are choosing. No table for us at breakfast even though we had breakfast booked everyday (others had tables reserved by numbers) so we had to ask the staff each day to prepare a table for us) which was not a big problem but still an inconvenience.

Convenient location in town. Parking in front of the hotel. Large room with mountain view and large terrace. Modern interior. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Breakfast has limited selection. But I think thats just typical Italian breakfast.

The price paid does not justify anything in that hotel!!!

I just liked the snow, nothing else about this hotel.

very high prices compared to other hotels and restaurants in the area.😳 You have to pay for every facilite that you use. There was no toothpaste either in the room and for the towels you have to pay extra money (2€/towel). 😳there was no pricelist in the restorant. (- You will pay at the check out, how much as they want, because you have already eaten)

Hotel carino nelle zone comuni, tutto pulito.

4 stelle da rivedere…Camera basica (nonostante l’upgrade gratuito a junior suite), non c’era shampoo e balsamo in doccia. Manca completamente l’insonorizzazione tra le camere e i corridoi, urla schiamazzi e rumore di passi nei corridoi a tutte le ore. Servizi hotel a pagamento, 20€ per accedere alla spa/piscina per 1 ora (sarebbe meglio evidenziarlo sia su Booking che sul sito dell’hotel che non è compresa nel prezzo già alto che si paga, al check-in non è stato segnalato e l’abbiamo scoperto al momento dell’accesso) e fino alle 18 possono accedere i bambini. Al check out addebitano 4€ a testa di tessera visit trentino che a quanto pare è obbligatoria ( conviene solo se si usano le seggiovie)

Molto piacevole

Desidero esprimere il mio apprezzamento per la qualità dei servizi offerti durante il soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. Ho trovato molto interessante la carta dei vini, ben selezionata e accompagnata da una cantina curata. L’area wellness è accogliente e ben organizzata, ideale per concedersi momenti di relax. La cena è stata di ottimo livello, con piatti ben preparati e presentati con attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione, varia e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato, ha completato l’esperienza in modo positivo. Infine, la Junior Suite si è rivelata spaziosa e confortevole, perfetta per un soggiorno piacevole. Sarà un piacere tornare e consigliare la vostra struttura.

Desidero segnalare un inconveniente riscontrato durante il soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. Al mio arrivo in camera, ho riscontrato l’assenza di prodotti da bagno essenziali, quali shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Considerando l’orario serale del mio arrivo e la partenza prevista per la mattina successiva, sono stato costretto a utilizzare la saponetta per le mani. Inoltre, ho notato la presenza di due saponette usate nella doccia, diverse da quelle abitualmente fornite dall’hotel, presumibilmente lasciate dall’ospite precedente. Preciso, tuttavia, che la stanza risultava pulita e ben ordinata, motivo per cui ritengo si sia trattato di una semplice svista. Confido che questa segnalazione possa essere utile per migliorare ulteriormente la qualità del servizio offerto.
