Great hotel, perfect location and extremely friendly and helpful staff!
The staff at Locanda during our stay couldn't do enough for us and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I travelled with two very fussy people when it comes to eating and although there were set menus for each evening, the staff were happy to cater for our needs often cooking completely different dishes which was very kind of them. The hotel offered a fantastic free minibus service to and from the main lifts of the resort which took no more than a few minutes. This runs from 8-10 in the morning and return trips started at 3.30-5.30. On return, there is a free locker room service for skis and boots which included heaters to dry out and warm your boots overnight.

V tomto hotelu bylo od začátku vše špatně.
Přemýšlím, ale žádné pozitivum mě nenapadá. Možná jen skibus, který staví hned před hotelem, ale měl vždy min 15 minut zpoždění. Což ale není mínus hotelu.
Hotel a personál by se měl zlepšit ve všem, nidky jsme nezažili horší služby. Nejlépe začněte hned snídaní (přiložím fotky), nikdy nebyla žádná zelenina, vajíčka,( sýr, šunka - pouze 2x) dokonce ani teplá voda na čaj není k dispozici. Pouze koupený croissant a med s marmeládou v krabičce. Každý den jsme museli žádat o teplou vodu na čaj, kterou neochotný pán donesl v hrnku na espresso, většinou až když jsme dosnídali. Ovoce tam leželo celý týden stejné, pomačkané jablka, černý banán a seschlý pomeranč. Celý hotel by zasloužil rekonstrukci a vetší generální úklid. V našem pokoji na dveřích byla pasta po předchozích hostech, malůvky na dveřích a plíseň ve sprchovém koutě. Toaletní papír na příděl. Za ´´barem´´ byl někdo jen když se mu zrovna chtělo a většinou se nikomu nechtělo, takže nepočítejte s tím, že si třeba po lyžování něco dáte k pití. Když se personálu nechce vstávat, posunou snídani o hodinu později, když už jsme my byli na svahu. Někdo přijede na hory lyžovat, překvapení... 1x jsme si objednali večeři, zapoměli na nás. To co nám pak vytvořili, bylo katastrofa. A vítězoslavně pak číšník ještě pronesl, že jako desert si můžeme dát to ovoce (seschlé, týden i dva staré), které tam leží od snídaní. (80 euro) Do lyžárny jsme si netroufli nic dát, schody z venku od silnice a nezamyká se, přístupná komukoliv. Takže každé ráno a odpoledne se přezout venku a zaklidit lyže do auta.
