The price doesn’t match the quality and facilities, the hotel is rather old and requires repair, the room was incredibly small so that I couldn’t unpack two bags simultaneously, dinner was a fortune: once it was really great, another time - disappointing. But the with was the shower - fixed on the ceiling. No chance to wash my head perfectly. No water, no glasses. No chance to visit spa with a child (16 y.o. Restriction). Upon arrival staff didn’t tell me about the qr code for ski pass that should be issued on the desk so I had to run twice in skiing boots to get it, no info about facilities and so on

The hotel is in a great location, but it is large and caters for large groups of school groups.

The reception staff at the hotel were friendly, the suite was large with a great view of the pistes and a great jacuzzi bath. The access to the pistes was excellent - we just had to cross the road. The spa had a nice Turkish bath and sauna.

The hotel had said it had gluten free options. However, the breakfast option consisted of a basket of pre-packed dry biscuits and toasts which were not palatable. The remainder of the food was a buffet running the risk of cross contamination. My daughter choose to stick to a yoghurt for breakfast. In the evening, there were limited options and the staff could not tell us what the option would be when we asked during the day. I would not recommend this hotel if you require gluten free food and we had to eat elsewhere each evening. Even for those of us who were not gluten free, the quality of the breakfast offering was poor. Our suite was very large, but very sparse. It needs some soft rugs or furnishing and somewhere to sit other than the bed. A chair to make the most the view would be great. Also, it was not possible to change the temperature of the AC, so it was cool in the large master room and too hot at night in the smaller bedroom. Also, be aware, that this is a large hotel and there were numerous school groups staying that on occasion overwhelmed the restaurant and bar area and the staff seemed stressed on more than one occasion dealing with the number of residents at the hotel.

We were very content, the Hotel offered we needed for ski vacations. Passo del Tonale is beautiful by itself.

A Family Hotel

The staff was nice and the facilities are excellent, I loved the sauna, dinner was good and breakfast too. Position was also good. Overall it's a decent place to stay a few nights.

Well, it's a family hotel, so it's kind of noisy especially during meals that are held in a large hall with many tables, they also do some sort of entertainment with music and chants, that was also a bit annoying.

Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Good sized room with a snowy view. Plenty of radiator space to dry those damp clothes. Great spa provision to soak away weary aches and pains away.

Restaurant Manager was not the most engaging person, and got annoyed if you chose not to have his recommendation. Showerhead in bathroom leaked terribly and flooded bathroom daily.

Poor for a four star hotel

The staff were excellent; warm, friendly and welcoming. The location was good although not ski in/ski out which is always the perfect scenario.

Room smelt of smoke. Food was disappointing. You couldn’t order a glass of wine with dinner (you had to buy a bottle!) probably the worst 4* hotel I have stayed at, redeemed only by its excellent staff. It is in need of a facelift. To be fair we didn’t use the spa which is probably what earns the hotel its four stars.

Ampi spazi interni, parcheggio privato, posizione adiacente gli impianti sciistici.

Direi che un hotel 4 stelle non si possa permettere di disporre camere così datate. Letti scomodi, cuscini scarsi, la televisione trasmetteva nitidamente solo i primi 3 canali collegata al decoder con cavi svolazzanti, rubinetteria datata, frigo bar completamente vuoto. È stato difficile prendere sonno per merito della ventola di aspirazione del bagno della camera accanto o sottostante rumorosissima.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, personale professionale, buona cucina

Struttura molto grande e ben organizzata, con personale professionale e disponibile. La hall dell’hotel è bella e moderna; la sera c’era musica dal vivo con pianoforte e voce, davvero piacevole. Cena tipica buona e colazione ottima, varia e di qualità. La SPA inclusa è eccellente: saune, bagno turco, frigidarium, idromassaggio, tisane e acque idratanti, oltre alla piscina, tutto molto curato e rilassante. Camera standard un po’ datata ma pulita, confortevole e con letto comodo. Check-in e check-out rapidissimi. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile vicino alla struttura. Posizione molto bella a Tonale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: viaggiando da solo la singola è leggermente più costosa, ma in due il prezzo sarebbe davvero molto conveniente.

Gli scarichi dello sciacquone erano un po’ rumorosi, ma considerando che la struttura è leggermente datata è un aspetto comprensibile. L’unico aspetto che non mi è piaciuto riguarda alcuni costi non indicati chiaramente: l’obbligo della cuffia in piscina non era segnalato sul sito e farla pagare 5 euro l’ho trovato una piccola caduta di stile per un hotel così bello. Lo stesso vale per l’acqua a pagamento durante la cena. Peccato, perché per il resto la struttura è davvero piacevole.

Si salva solo per posizione e servizi accessori

La posizione è oggettivamente molto comoda per chi ama sciare e cerca un accesso praticamente diretto alle piste; basta attraversare la strada e il parcheggio antistante, e si è subito sulla neve! Degno di nota anche il servizio ristorante, con un'ottima qualità del cibo e un personale molto cortese, presente e competente. Ne consegue anche un'ottima colazione, variegata e abbondate. Altro plus, l'albergo fornisce anche servizi SPA e una piscina coperta...gratuita!

Ecco, qui veniamo alle note dolenti. La camera, al di là delle dimensioni ridotte (che ci può anche stare), è decisamente da...svecchiare. Arredamento vetusto, moquette e bagno un pò trasandato. Insonorizzazione davvero pessima, e questo è un problema xchè l'albergo dista solo pochi metri dal Redival, che è una sorta di disco bar con musica a palla tutto il gg, fino a tardi. Imbarazzante il phon a parete... Mi mancano le parole per descrivere quell'oggetto. Un suggerimento: toglietelo, è meglio. Da un 4 stelle, poi, mi aspetto che almeno 1 saponcino al gg (se lo uso) mi venga fornito. OK risparmiare, ok l'ecologia, ma almeno i servizi base... Impossibile controllare la termoregolazione della camera, è tutto centralizzato... So che è soggettivo, ma c'era da morire dal caldo. WiFi ? Praticamente inesistente. Se ne avete bisogno per lavoro, non contateci. Chiudo infine sul tema parcheggio: informazioni poco chiare, ma c'è sempre il garage... che costa non poco.

Se proprio devo trovare un punto migliorabile e' l'intrattenimento serale che nel periodo delle feste dovrebbe essere piu' coinvolgente. Pianista molto brava ma qualche serata diversa ci vorrebbe.

Top Lage direkt auf dem Passo Tonale, alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Fahrradkeller mit Werkstatt vorhanden (im Skiraum). Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit zugewiesenen Tischen.

Typisches off-season Hotel, welches schon ein wenig abgewohnt ist. Hier wird der Euro im Winter verdient.

Soggiorno purtroppo breve ma oltre le aspettative.

Colazione a buffet, internazionale e locale, vasta ed abbondante scelta tra dolce e salato, cena a buffet e alla carta, anche qui nel buffet ricca scelta, la presenza della SPA con piscina idromassaggio bagno turco e ben 2 saune, presente anche una sala attrezzata per la ginnastica con attrezzature recenti e pesi.

praticamente niente, tutto eà andato ben oltre le mie aspettative, non ho niente da segnalare, forse il caffè della macchinetta non è proprio il top per un italiano, ma tutto sommato era gradevole pure quello.

Relax in montagna

L’ Hotel Miramonti, situato in un punto strategico con tantissimi servizi a portata di mano, è stato per me e il mio gruppo di vacanze una vera rivelazione. Siamo arrivati un po’ reticenti per via di non poche recensioni negative a proposito delle camere standards, le uniche che abbiamo potuto prenotare considerata la nostra vacanza last minutes. Invece L’albergo si è rivelato super pulito (nonostante la presenza di numerosi cani, che in montagna sono sempre i benvenuti) ed organizzatissimo. Viviana e Francesco bravi ad organizzare escursioni per tutte le età, bambini compresi, e grado di difficoltà. Una SPA favolosa a nostra disposizione e totalmente gratuita, colazione abbondante e molto ben assortita, cena con menù sempre molto vario Punti di super forza: Personale gentilissimo, tavoli apparecchiati sempre con molta cura, camerieri sempre pronti, e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per concludere posso garantire che tutto quel che ci è stato offerto va ben oltre il bagno datato e le camere con moquette (così come si legge in molte recensioni). Tutto è perfettamente funzionante con acqua calda abbondante, letti comodissimi e veramente super pulito.

Un buon punto di appoggio per chi vuole fare un po’ di escursioni in montagna e rilassarsi in hotel.

Abbiamo alloggiato qualche giorno nel Grand Hotel Miramonti. La struttura, nonostante abbia alcuni arredamenti un po’ vecchi (come le camere), è molto accogliente. Ha una posizione ottima e parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione: cibo ottimo! Abbiamo mangiato sempre molto bene e le porzioni erano abbondanti. La spa e la piscina sono piccoline ma ben attrezzate, perfette per rilassarsi dopo un’escursione in montagna.

Top: personale accogliente e professionale, colazione molto varia, posizione strategica per escursioni estive (in inverno per facile accesso alle piste).

Migliorerei alcune cose: la piscina è molto spesso sovraffollata e molto rumorosa, basterebbe regolamentare l'afflusso, ad esempio con accesso su prenotazione per un'ora al massimo a camera. Personalmente ho trovato l'acqua dell'idromassaggio troppo calda, ma credo che sia soggettivo.
