Excellent hospitality and care

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, even though we were early and the room was not yet ready. We were able to leave our luggage and when we were back, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been taken to our room. At the end of our stay, we had an early checkout, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing a takeaway breakfast for us.

Paradise in the heart of the Dolomites

This place just exceeds expectations in all areas. From the drinks and snacks when you get back from a day of skiing to the wellness centre - it's heavenly!

Excellent food, uniquely designed interiors and friendly staff - Everything we needed to relax!

The hotel overall made a great impression on us. From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

Absolute ski gem!

Modern place with local touch in it! Ideal place to stop for ski trip. Next door ski rental, grocery Store 100m, ski lift 450m, sauna and spa in the house, restaurants around the corner! Plus so lovely staff!

The atmosphere was great, and the hotel facilities are New and very very nice! We did check in late (it was dark and Cold ❄️) and the team let us use the parking lot for free. Breakfast - great, the best espresso i ever had

A pity we had only one night: the hotel was a 10 !!!

Very late arrival due to car trouble: girl at the reception was very friendly and understanding. Beautiful and comfortable room. Nice breakfast. we can't judge the dinner (half board), because of our late arrival

Architectural gem in otherwise "normal" ordinary mountain village

The hotel is a real architectural gem in otherwise "normal" ordinary mountain village. You can notice in each single detail that the owners have a strong adherence to esthetics and architecture, and want to satisfy all needs of a client, from the visual ones "down" to the stomach:-). Brllliantly balanced combination of glass, wood and concrete, with excellent services from the reception till the youngest waiter in the restaurant. Pretty young staff, BTW, but sufficiently skilled:-) You will make a good choice if u book half board as the dinner is a unique experience of its art: an excellent picture of Italian cuisine with tastyful combinations of nicely designed and served meals and wines. Strongly recommended! Car parking available in the garage, be careful if u come w your big SUV as the curves are somewhat narrow there. All in all, well done, guys!

If you arrive around/after the closure of kitchen (10PM), nobody cares about you in terms of a late dinner service despite u paid for it (in case of half-board), so be prepared/equipped w own meals. Otherwise no one issue.

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobry standard hotelu, miła obsługa.

My Polacy przywykliśmy do warzyw podczas posiłku tutaj trzeba o nie prosić. Pomidorki, papryka etc. Są one tanie, w tym kraju pyszne, zatem nie wiem z czego wynika to podejście. Zaznaczam jednak, że po ich zamówieniu personel podawał je bez problemu i bez dodatkowych opłat.

Atrašanās vieta izcila - tuvu gan pacēlājs, gan veikali. Ir garāža, gan par papildus samaksu. Istaba ērta, ar balkonu. Tīrs un kārtīgs. Ļoti laba vannasistaba. Personāls izpalīdzīgs. Labi runā angliski. Ir slēpošanas ekipējuma novietne ar žāvēšanu. Brīnišķīgs skats. Vakariņas ļoti labas, bet pie desertiem vēl vajadzētu piestrādāt😉. Tik nelielai viesnīcai ļoti labs spa.

Bija ļoti karsts un īsti nevarēja to regulēt. Restorānā jāpievērš uzmanība tam, ka jebkurš dzēriens (arī ūdens) ir par papildus samaksu, kas jāapmaksā izrakstoties. Bet var pasūtīt vīna pudeli, ko, ja neidzer, var turpināt baudīt nākamajā vakarā. Līdz ar to tas sanāk daudz lētāk nekā pasūtīt pa glāzei. Brokastīs nebija nekādu dārzeņu.

Posizione centrale. Pulita e nuova la struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L’albergo centralissimo è molto molto carino. Si vede che la struttura è abbastanza nuova e per ora tenuta bene. Ottimi servizi e soprattutto per le famiglie idea di organizzare alle ore 16:30 uno spuntino pomeridiano.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi ha soddisfatto, è il livello di competenze dei camerieri che servivano ai tavoli. Non per la giovane età, ma in alcuni casi per la mancanza di empatia.

Pretentievol boutiquehotel met weinig gastvrijheid

We hadden de zolderkamer met balkon en 's ochtends vroeg zon, als er zon was.

Er was geen warme hospitality bij het personeel. De koppelverkoop van kamer met ontbijt en diner is niet goed. We vonden het diner van 4 gangen niet smakelijk en het diirde de hele avond. Het was er niet gezellig. Je voelde je niet als gewaardeerde gast. Verder was de zolderkamer (superieure kamer!) Gehorig en was de badkamer klein.

Non possibile accesso alla SPA ai minori di 18 anni Per il futuro attenzione all'aria condizionata, che, purtroppo, diventa sempre più necessaria anche lì

Comfort come a casa ma con le attenzioni e il lusso di un hotel!

L'hotel è molto confortevole, con personale cordiale e pronto a soddisfare al meglio le varie esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti trattati con ogni attenzione, sia per la parte hotel che per la parte ristorante dove l'attenzione al cliente è stata esemplare. Ci si sente immediatamente accolti in un clima di grande relax.
