Good for a short stay

The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Plenty of space to park the car.

Noise insulation between rooms is quite poor. Overall, the room would need some maintenance.

Nel complesso un bel soggiorno ed un buon posto, deluso dalla SPA purtroppo.

Colazione ottima, vasta scelta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Gli ambienti erano puliti e in ordine. Parcheggio riservato molto comodo e buona posizione rispetto agli impianti di risalita (5min in macchina)

Arrivati in stanza nel pomeriggio dopo la giornata di sci, sulle 17, il riscaldamento era spento e la stanza era fredda. Più tardi, siamo stati nella zona spa (aperta solo dalle 16 alle 20 purtroppo) ed anche li, l'area in generale non era molto calda (considerando che è una spa/thermarium, me la aspettavo ben calda) ed anche l'acqua della piscina era piuttosto fredda.. l'ho riferito al personale, che mi ha detto che invece era a 36°C. Sinceramente so bene le terme con acqua a 36°C come sono, e quella, son ben certo che non lo fosse. Questo mi ha abbastanza deluso purtroppo.

Tutto è semplicemente perfetto : la posizione comodissima, la spa rilassante dopo una giornata sulla neve, cucina eccellente,pulizia impeccabile, staff é fantastico sempre disponibile un’esperienza da ripetere … consigliatissimo

Posizione comoda con possibilità di parcheggio. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Buona cucina.

La camera, non molto pulita, prese con fili a vista, la porta finestra che non chiude bene lasciando entrare aria gelida di gennaio, segnalato e fatto vedere ma purtroppo nel breve non si poteva fare nulla. Intonaci mancanti in vari punti e zone a vista sporche, come il copri letto macchiato e bucato. Il telecomando della televisione chiuso con il nastro di carta per non fare uscire le batterie.... Probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati noi ..

Infissi in camera non isolanti. La stanza era fredda. La spa fredda. Il bidet era attaccato alla doccia ed era impossibile farne uso. Il letto matrimoniale era unito da due singoli con due piumoni separati scomodissimi.

Nie podzielam słabych opinii innych - jestem bardzo zadowolona

Obsługa i czystość Generalnie naprawdę dobry hotel, zaangażowana obsługa. Było kilka niedociągnięć np nie otwierające się drzwi na balkon czy niespływająca woda w umywalce ale bardzo szybko usunięte

Troszkę słabe WiFi ale nie był to problem

L'Hotel si trova in una buona posizione. I letti sono comodi. Lo Staff cerca di venirti incontro nelle richieste nonostante gli orari del Ristorante siano un pò ridotti.

Gli orari del Ristorante non sono confortevoli, soprattutto per un turista che visita il Trentino per godere di certe attività, è fuoriluogo avere la Cucina che a cena chiude alle 20.30 noi per esempio non abbiamo usufruito della cena il primo giorno perchè siamo arrivati sul posto alle 21.00 e i giorni successivi abbiamo dovuto vincolare i nostri piani agli orari ristrettivi della Cucina per usufruire della Mezza Pensione. A saperlo prima non avrei scelto la Mezza Pensione e avrei cenato sempre fuori.

Posizione comoda poiché nel centro di Pinzolo anche se il rumore delle auto è costante anche durante la notte. Colazione molto buona!

La posizione comoda per le diverse valli limitrofe, la gentilezza dello staff, letti confortevoli, camera spaziosa, buon prezzo.. super colazione!

Le camere sono state ristrutturate ma c’è ancora qualcosina da sistemare, doccia e zona bidet un pochino piccolina ma vivibile, parcheggio un po’ stretto

Staff molto disponibile, camera molto pulita, presenza parcheggio anche se pochi posti e posti piccoli e posizione eccellente

Spa poco tenuta e controllata con acqua della piscina fredda e durante il nostro soggiorno c’è stato un ritardo all’apertura della sala colazione, come detto prima parcheggio piccolo e poco organizzato
