Lovely facilities
Facilities - the outdoor pool, saunas, breakfast(but maybe consider an earlier start for breakfast for the ski season as we found it difficult to have the breakfast and make it for the opening of the ski lifts, one morning we were even told off as we were there 7:20 and the breakfast starts 7:30)
Beds are very squeaky, our room wasnt soundproof, could hear literally everything that was happening in the hallway. All the fixtures in the bathroom kept falling off as only double sided tape has been used to install them.

The position is great, the dinner was good, clean and has good parking
The room was not very insulated from external noise and temperature. The breakfast was a bit cheap for the standard of the area but overall the price-quality ratio remains great.

Six weeks traveling around Europe - this place had the best pillows!
Lucky! we found this place! It was our first time to the Dolomites and didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy to find this place! Walking distance to everything, comfortable room and the best part was the very warm and friendly staff!
My only request would be more fruit at breakfast. To go with the Fresh Honeycomb they had out every morning. So good!

A quiet good stay
The location is really close down to the center and super easy to reach the ski area.
I felt uncomfortable at night due to the uncontrolled mess of some guests. Children shouting at the lobby, playing soccer using sliding doors as a net, I could also hear shouting and dogs barking from my room, people slamming doors and running (presumably children) in the corridors until 10.30 PM. I know education is a personal preference, but, in my view, employees had to assume their own responsibility to get the situation under control.

conveniently placed hotel with friendly staff
The young man at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with cooked food (eggs etc.) freshly made. Bathroom towels were lovely, big and fluffy. Location was excellent in a quiet street but within easy walking distance to the town and it has a pleasant garden to relax in.
The Hotel was quite old fashioned. Bedding with just a heavy bedspread over the top sheet did not seem very hygienic. The whole place needs an update in our opinion, a bit depressing. No hand soap in the bathroom.
