Warm, welcoming hotel

Hotel is good. It is ornate with much wood panelling and decorative woodwork. Large bar area with additional areas to sit in foyer and in an upstairs room as well. Room was very clean, smart, everything worked. Lots of coat hangers plus hooks to hang ski wear etc off. Could haved done with an extra pillow - I should have asked. Breakfast was standard Italian plus bacon and scrambled eggs - you had to be quick to get some before ravenous young Italians scoffed it all ! Liked the cakes. Evening meal was enjoyable with a self-service salad counter with a good selection. We were able to park on the road outside the hotel. Not many spaces so this might be an issue if many guests came by car. Hotel is in the centre of town. Probably too far to walk to the gondola in ski boots. Hotel is family run who were friendly and spoke good English. Good place to stay.

Settimana bianca in mezza pensione

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita, dalla stazione dei bus (per campiglio, freccia link e skibus) ed esattamente davanti alla piazza principale del paesino. Struttura pulita, camere di buona dimensione (calde e con gradevole balconcino), servizio di pulizia quotidiana, colazione buona e varia, cena di livello medio con antipasto fai da te, ed a seguire piatti serviti. Hotel intimo e silenzioso (pregio ma se si cerca un po di intrattenimento, non e' il posto giusto). Staff cordiale, in particolare i camerieri. Piccolo sconto del 10% sul nolo sci.

Servizi in camera essenziali (no frigo, no bollitore, no acqua, no ciabatte cortesia, kit bagno minimale). Cena buona, ma ad essere onesti ci aspettavamo qualcosa di piu' (porzioni servite non abbondantissime, alcuni piatti dell antipasto non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, poche prelibatezze km0 o tipiche del posto, ed un pochino di fretta nel terminare il servizio). In ultimo, comprensibile le bevande escluse, ma pagare 3,60euro per ogni bottiglia di acqua ci e' sembrato davvero troppo.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso l'Hotel Alpina e non posso fare a meno di condividere la mia entusiastica esperienza. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso caloroso e una cortesia che ha caratterizzato tutto il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero incantevole, con camere spaziose e ben curate, ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale è stata la professionalità e l’attenzione al cliente del personale. In particolare, i camerieri del ristorante hanno superato ogni aspettativa. Sempre disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, hanno reso ogni pasto un momento di pura gioia. La loro gentilezza e disponibilità sono stati un vero tocco di classe, rendendo ogni colazione e cena un’esperienza indimenticabile.

Una vacanza di sport e serenità

La gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari e di tutto il personale, l' esposizione della camera, la posizione ottima per due passi nell' isola pedonale e per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita con una breve passeggiata. Il bagno grande e finestrato. La biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia a colazione che a cena.
