Good

Location is very close to the pedestrian town centre and 15 min walking from the ski lifts. Rooms have fridge, kettle and teas, safe. They provide slippers - floors are quite cold so it was very much appreciated by us. Good breakfast buffet with great croissants

excellent high class hotel to stay for your ski vacation

Garni Cristallo hotel in a boutique one, located 5 min walk from the town center. rooms are spacious with lots of storing area, large bathroom, and very clean. the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind assisting with restaurant reservations and ski questions. breakfast is generous with large variety and high quality.

the wellness center is for adults only, so if you come with teens, take it into account (and it costs 5 euro per entry - not a biggy). mattresses are on the stiff side. although ski bus is just outside the hotel, it is not very frequent.

Very good, modern, comfortable, clean and peaceful hotel at a very good location.

Room was comfy, spacious, clean and full of amenities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel gives you a free ski-locker at the ski-center.

The restaurant was closed except breakfast time. It used to be good restaurant when we stayed before 2020. Breakfast is good but could be better with more variety.

Superb

Room size was OK, not big but not too small either, well organized, bathroom was clean, shower had always hot water and the room temperature was always on the warm side. The bed was very comfortable. Importantly: there is a large parking area where you can park your car - for FREE - I always found a parking lot available for my car. (Ponte di Legno is a village with little space available for parking.) The hotel is not walking distance from the ski runs (about 1.4 km apart), but you can use the shuttle service or your own car if you have one. They also have a bar - personnel was very kind - I found the bar useful for a quick beer + sandwich after the skiing sessions.

The only two things I did not like are: 1) in the shower there was smell of smoke, I paid for a non-smoking room - probably a previous customer smoked in the bathroom close to the vent, 2) there is a ski room where you can place your boots, skis and snowboards, but it is rather small and boots are not warmed up. If there are many guests it may be insufficient to store your stuff.

Was a great stay there!

Due giorni di dolce relax in un luogo molto accogliente.

La vista dall'hotel è davvero d'impatto e molto suggestiva, si affaccia su tutto il paese contornato dalle sue splendide montagne. Un Plus la zona wellness e la vicinanza al centro.
