The apartment is very big and comfortable.

I am a fluent Italian speaker so there was no language barrier between me and the host. He was a very demanding, rude and abusive host who breaches your privacy by entering the apartment without consent and for no apparent reason, he would move your belongings without telling you. The shower head and rail were Mouldy and I am allergic to it. Once we shared our concerns with booking.com, he was contacted and proceeded to shout and raise his voice to me and told us to leave asap. Working in the same industry and being a Luxury Holiday Accommodation Manager I was SPEECHLESS. It's also miss advertised as the location is quite far from ski lift and if you have all your gear on expect a 10/15 min walk and then another 20 min of Gondola to get to Passo Del Tonale. All in all this man ruined our holiday experience. We had to move around for the rest of our stay and were left feeling uncomfortable by the host. If you are coming to Passo Del Tonale to ski/snowboard, please book a hotel up the mountain and avoid this residence AT ALL COSTS!

Excelent place, perfect localization, very nice stuff and good value. The bed was the only thing which could be better.

Staff was very nice. They helped downloading my car and finding a spot to park. This was very good value for money. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the town

The only issue could be that is so central that parking is not easy (even if the owner is very willing to help finding a spot) and some nights could be a bit noisy as there are some pubs just below

Very nice, cozy hotel in a centre of town. Staff was very helpful, no ask was too big for them. Paulo was excellent, very considerate and courteous. I will definitely come back next year.

Super apartament, dużo miejsca, kuchnia wyposażona dobrze. Właściciele bardzo pomocni. Lokalizacja idealna 10 min spacerem do gondoli.

WiFi często nie działało. W kuchni brakowało czajnika, płynu do naczyń i ręczników papierowych.

Aggiungerei necessario x lavare i piatti, scottex e delle tovagliette americane. Sapendo dalle recensioni che non c’erano me le sono portate ma un tre stelle dovrebbe fornirle.

Posizione centrale, personale molto accogliente, ci hanno aiutato a trovare parcheggio e a portare i bagagli.

La struttura è in centro sito in un palazzo ristrutturato con gusto e c'è un comodo parcheggio gratuito a circa 400m. Appartamento monolocale ampio e pulitissimo, ma soprattutto caldo.
