    Great place but the room let me down

    I booked a room with a balcony for extra price, to enhance my experience of the beautiful surroundings, but my balcony was in the bathroom next to the toilet… that was a huge let down for me

    One room was charged twice. However, this was only noticed after payment. I was promised that the mo
    No towels in the room. I had to get them from the neighbors. Rusty water ran out of the pipes for several minutes. Dead flies on the windowsill and curtain matched the overall impression.

    Niesamowicie serdeczny personel Villi Luzzago, który sprawił, że pobyt był bardzo udany! Śniadania są pyszne - zarówno w słonej jak i słodkiej wersji; produkty włoskie, wysokiej jakości!, do tego pyszna świeżo robiona kawa w dowolnej odsłonie - wspaniała sprawa! Pokoje są bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane na najwyższym poziomie! Dogodny dojazd na stok narciarski, przystanek skibusa zaledwie minutę piechotą od villi, podróż trwała 8 minut do wyciągu.
