Dissapointing

The "Palace-Hotel" isnt able to serve a breakfast and doesnt help to finde some near. Many Things werde brocken in the shower and some wodden interieur werde also broken. There is no safe storage for our bikes As the outside-door is brocken, he said.

The value for the money was good, breakfast was decent (no big variety, but again for the money). A lot of parking spots. Nice view to the city. 10 minutes walking distance from the city. The staff was friendly.

Furniture was old and making weird noises. Some of the receptionist did not speak English. Coffee was let's say just drinkable.

Due giorni di relax al Palace Pontedilegno

Colazione: più che soddisfacente. Posizione: facilmente raggiungibile in auto, lontana dal centro di Ponte di Legno. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Arredamento e pulizia della stanza. Wi-fi non troppo stabile in camera. Dalla camera purtroppo si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalle stanze attigue.

La struttura è molto vecchia, trascurata e di conseguenza sporca. Nel corridoio al primo piano c'è un buco(molto pericoloso), la moquette è macchiata ovunque, il wc perde, e i rubinetti si fa fatica ad aprirli.

Vacanza tra cugine

Ottimo hotel. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e luminosi, ben puliti e il personale gentile e a disposizione per ogni evenienza. C’è anche la possibilità di acquistare settimane in multiproprietà e all’interno del resort c’ la lavanderia, sala bar e sala dedicata ai più piccoli. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Gli animali sono ben accetti. A 4 minuti dal centro di ponte di legno in macchina ottima posizione. Colazione internazionale se proprio devo fare un appunto cambierei o migliorerei la macchinetta delle bevande calde. Il cappuccino non era per niente buono.

Albergo che risente del tempo e della scarsa manutenzione.

L'appartamento era ben più grande di quanto immaginassi

Le stanze hanno bisogno di essere rinnovate, togliendo innanzitutto la moquette ovunque. Molti particolari in legno sono rovinati, come i profili degli scalini della scala a chiocciola. Le finestre non hanno zanzariere, e siccome siamo arrivati in stanza tardi perché non era pronta, ci hanno lasciato le finestre aperte con le luci accese e sono entrate tantissime falene. Il piumino del letto matrimoniale credo fosse un piumino si un letto singolo buttato li, senza una copertura. Non c'era carta igienica in bagno, c'erano gli asciugamani, ma sono abbastanza convinta che invece degli asciugamani da viso ci abbiano dato 3 tappetini... Il piano a induzione in cucina non funzionava, ma stando solo 2gg abbiamo segnalato ma non abbiamo potuto fare molto. Al check-in abbiamo avuto un problema: siamo entrati in stanza ed era palese che non avessero finito le pulizie, c'era un sacco con cose sporche in cucina, le lenzuola sul tavolo della cucina, asciugamani non puliti in bagno nel lavandino, il letto sfatto. Abbiamo segnalato e hanno sistemato (tranne appunto per la carta igienica). Quando siamo arrivati non ci è stato spiegato nulla sugli eventuali servizi a disposizione (che fossero a pagamento o no). Sono sicura che anni fa era un'eccellenza, perché il "lusso" traspare, ma è una struttura un po' abbandonata a se stessa.

Wir haben auf einem MTB-Alpencross hier eine Nacht genächtigt; tolles Gebäude mit Charme und viel Platz zu sehr günstigem Preis.

Erlebnis leider von superunfreundlichem (mürrischer, älterer Herr) Personal getrübt. Auch auf mehrmaliges Bitten konnte uns keine Option zum sicherem Verstauen unserer teuren Bikes über Nacht angeboten werden (trotz klar sichtbarer Garagen, Lagerräume u.ä. die ohne weiteres in Frage gekommen wären. Trotz anderslautender Angabe im bookinh konnte uns (mit Hinweis auf die Nebensaison) auch kein Frühstück angeboten werden). Schade

No lo recomiendo

Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas, la habitación fría, la limpieza descuidada, incluso los productos de higiene de cortesía del baño (además de escasos para 4 personas en nuestro caso) estaban algunos abiertos y usados y parecía como si fuesen de otros hoteles, un gel de una marca, los típicos kits de gorro de ducha y tal como si los hubiesen cogido de otro hotel y estuviesen medio abiertos etc. La atención en el check in no fue mala pero no nos avisaron de que la puerta se cerraba a una hora y había que usar un código para entrar, no nos dieron el código y una de nosotras salió un momento y luego no podía volver a entrar, nadie en la recepcion la mayoría del tiempo, el wifi solo funcionaba en un punto de la recepción del hotel, pero desde la habitación ni siquiera se detectaba, se les comento por la mañana y dijeron que esque estaban tan completos que el wifi no tiraba suficiente para tanta gente pero la realidad esque el hotel parecía desierto, no había coches en el aparcamiento ni nos cruzamos con ningún huésped en ningún momento, es imposible acceder andando a ninguna parte del pueblo ya que se encuentra en alto separado por una carretera de montaña así que para todo tienes que usar el coche ya que en el hotel no hay ni siquiera una máquina expendedora y el bar restaurante estaba cerrado, no puedes comprar ni una botella de agua, ni café ni nada allí.

En general no nos gustó nada.

Il paese merita, personale e struttura assolutamente inadeguati

L’imponenza dello stabile

Camera sporca con fazzoletti usati sotto al letto, lampade bruciare, water completamente sporco e bidet con capelli al suo interno, lenzuola sporche e piccole rispetto al materasso, la camera che ci è stata data, non era quella da voi descritta. Nonostante i ripetuti richiami al personale alla ricezione, nessun addetto si è degnato di fare nemmeno un sopralluogo, e abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi, alla pulizia dei sanitari e della camera. Questa è stata la quarta volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, e non ci eravamo trovati male, ma questa credo sarà l’ultima! Struttura all’abbandono!
