Perfect spot for skiing , quiet location but only 5 mins to the slopes

Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay, especially for those who don’t mind being slightly outs

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a charming town, a bit farther from the main ski area, but it is well connected by a gondola, which makes getting to the slopes convenient and easy. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained, and everything worked smoothly for a short stay.

The spa is available at an additional cost, and children are only allowed during limited hours (10:00–13:00), which was somewhat disappointing for families. There were no towels available in the gym, which was inconvenient after a workout/run.

giant bathtub, two sinks, spacious bathroom. the positioning was ok but all the skiing is now in tonale, so you can’t avoid using the car. very good parking, and super nice staff. breakfast excellent and a wide variety available.

the bunk beds were cramped and boxed in which we disliked. the top bunk felt unsafe because of the ladder which was unsecured.

lovely stay, great hotel and fantastic for our visit.

modern, spacious, clean. Breakfast was amazing Spa was great. although quite frequent buses ran up to 11am and after 3.30pm from the ski gondola to the hotel.

Spa you have to pay 25€ for 2 hours to use the Spa and pool. evening meals were a locked in 35€ cost. Bring your trainers to venture out to the town for food etc

Quite optimum for a short, one week ski stay, lack of spa accessible was one big minus

I liked the staff of the hotel the most, friendly, helpful. Also Animations for children at 21-22:30 is a unique feature.

lack of swimming pool accessible to children in the afternoon / evening or morning hours is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Also the restaurant was not able to serve a la carte food in the evenings, apparently due to size of the kitchen. Effectively, as we bought only BB and not HB option, we were forced to look for food in the evening elsewhere, outside hotel. On most of the days the hotel was only able to offer menu out of buffet in the HB option which was offered to me instead. Better than nothing of course and I appreciated the friendliness.

A stopover on our trip to Tyrol Alps, this was a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast. Free parking. WiFi was reliable. We recommend this hotel.

very good location 10 min walk from the city center, free parking near the hotel, hotel furniture is simple and modern, we liked it, breakfast was good. Very helpful and kind team, we had issue with the bathroom door, and the room was replace in 5 minutes we didn't use SPA, so can't refer to it

A veneer of luxury

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower. The basics expected of a large hotel.

New hotel with large comfortable room, but that’s where the plaudits end. The staff were disengaged and dismissive. The overblown lobby & so-called American bar, had only one beer on tap! The cooling in the room doesn’t work, the room was 26 degrees on a hot day. There is no electrical point near the bed. The hotel WIFI is useless, very slow to load and constantly dropping out…my phone hotspot was far better! …I decided not to risk the restaurant (a barn with bad decor) and went to find a pizza. An 8 minute walk via some weeds, a bike track, more roadside scrub, over the crash barrier to cross the highway (not for the front hearted) took me to the closest pizzeria…got an 8/10 pizza and very friendly service.
