Wonder location, friendly staff kids mini club indoors and lovely jacuzzi and sauna outdoors.

The location is amazing. Close to the ski lifts. Very nice small town . We stayed for skiing holidays before Christmas’s and it was nice place to start skiing. The fact it has supermarket at the bottom of the hotel and small shop with clothes and restaurants is definitely a bonus especially when you are with kids and come back after whole day of skiing. There is also mini club for kids which is great and sauna and jacuzzi outside. Walking distance is a public swimming pool. Staff very friendly. Mini club for kids very friendly staff there!!!

I did not like that for the amount of money we paid there was not even dish washing tablets in the kitchen and only two toilet rolls for over a week stay for a family. Standard of the room simple and we had a big family room so I would not like to stay in smaller room. We stayed in two bedroom kitchen and small tv room with balcony on 3 rd floor and this is nice but was relevantly priced. I also did not like that we had to pay deposit in cash and we only learned about it upon arrival- I did not notice that in any communication it previous comments so that was a bit off. We had to go to atm etc. Otherwise it is nice place for family holidays.

Nice hotel but requires self service

Very good location close to the gondola. Comfortable room for a family of four (the room has actually 8 beds but would be crowded for more than 5-6 people). The kitchen was well equipped with dishes but lacked dish soap and trash bags. Beds were comfortable. Gorgeous view of the river and the mountains. Ski box (room) very comfortable. Close parking. The kids really enjoyed everything and didn’t notice the cons.

They require to clean the kitchen. We don’t mind cleaning but it felt unsanitary to know that our dishes were cleaned by the previous guests rather than a professional cleaning staff. They don’t collect the trash. Throwing the trash requires a 4 minutes walk in the cold weather carrying heavy bags. The hotel charges extra for every small thing: replacing towels (only one free replacement in a week), cleaning, playing in the game room, using the spa (only one free use in a week). Only one trash bag and mini bottle of dish soap and they won’t provide any more when asked. We had to go shopping especially for that. The supermarket downstairs was closed though we were told by the hotel staff and it was written on the door that it should have been open. Every afternoon and evening they burn firewood for the sauna so it is impossible to open the windows for fresh air. There was some mold on the shower ceiling. On weekends the all area is extremely crowded.

Nice and comfortable accommodation very close to skiing facilities. Smart ski room solution. Supermarket in the "basement" was simply perfect. I definitely recommend this residence.

Superb

Very convenient location to get to the lifts for Ponte di legno and Passo Tonale for early ski school! Facilities were ample and the kids room and also 'Rover Relax' was a welcome addition. Great location for wandering into the charming town and resturat and supermarket onsite were great for the evening.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

The location was great but because of hotel closure the closed amenities were very disappointing.

The location was beautiful

I stayed for one night, and the hotel was closing the next day due to lack of customers. So there was no breakfast offered and the jacuzzis were closed for the weekend.

Excellent stay

Locatiom is great, close to the centre but also to the mountains. Very nice view from the window. Staff was friendly and ready to help but lacked of knowledge on the nearby attractions. The animation for kids inside the residence was a very nice surprise :)

Superb long weekend

Everything was better than expected. Location was very good near the ski station, supermarket, restaurants, center… the staff very friendly. The cleanliness was perfect! The suit very spacious and we had everything we needed. One of the best places to stay in ponte dì legno.

Posizione ottima, impianti. Centro paese, supermercato, piscina comunale, tutto vicino. Appartamento piccolo ma studiato molto bene e ben attrezzato. Miniclub per bambini

è un ottimo luogo per trascorrere delle vacanze serene e comode.

la struttura è eccezionale, la posizione eccellente, comoda e ben curata. tutto nella struttura è di qualità, si nota in ogni dettaglio. la camera è accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di tutto il materiale necessario per cucinare, con spazi dedicati ben organizzati. per le pulizie viene fornito un kit piccolo e ottimo, bellissimi anche i kit del bagno, non da meno i biscotti e gli infusi per il tè. è un ambiente molto ordinato, pulito, ben tenuto, quello che si vede nelle foto rispecchia la realtà. stupenda anche la zona relax che non viene molto pubblicizzata ma che si rivela stupenda con piscine idromassaggio riscaldate e sauna in riva al fiume.

il rapporto qualità prezzo dovrebbe garantire la colazione inclusa. le camere che si affacciano sul parcheggio non hanno la stessa vista delle camere sul retro che risultano essere migliori.

Le luci erano non scarse, ma mal dislocate. Il bagno era deprimente con una doccia piccola e scomoda…Certi servizi( cambio biancheria ….) erano a pagamento!In un **** mi aspetto qualcosa di più!

Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Soggiorno da ripetere

La posizione era perfetta ed abbiamo avuto il privilegio della camera vista "fiume", siamo stati seguiti quasi esclusivamente da una ragazza di cui non so il nome, so solo che è originaria del sud Italia ed è stata spettacolare, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorrido ed educazione. La camera era spaziosa, il balcone perfetto.

Abbiamo riscontrato un paio di problemi in camera, una presa non era funzionante e abbiamo trovato delle formiche nel bagno e vicino alla porta-finestra della camera da letto ma ci tengo a sottolineare che la camera era pulitissima e che sicuramente non è stata l'igiene il problema. Sembravano le classiche formiche "esploratrici" che trovano un buco e cercano di capire dove porta
