Very good

Very close to the ski lifts with really good ski storage facilities. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were of a good size to fit 4 adults in each fairly comfortably. Food was good in the hotel and a good choice of drinks. Overall a very nice stay and a fantastic week of skiing.

The spa was really good but for a week's stay we were only given two tokens each to use which seemed a bit odd and you had to pay for extra uses. It feels like a hotel with the reception and layout but in reality it's an a apart hotel so you have to pay for extra toilet paper and take the rubbish out which we were a bit surprised about.

Good location

The location is very convenient. The hotel provides ski storage and parking. The spa is good, two visits per person were included in the room rate.

1) Check-in took around 40 minutes. There was a long queue and only one person worked at the reception. 2) We were asked to pay city tax in cash at the check-out but it was not clarified on the website or in the confirmation. By checking the amount the hotel took from my credit card it looks like I was already charged for it. Still not sure if I was double-charged or not. 3) Spa did not work on Saturday and we were not informed in advance, so we didn't use one of our free tickets. If we knew that we could go another day. 4) Very cold floor in the room and slippers were not provided. It would be good to have bathrobes as well. 5) Guests have to throw away garbage at the end of the stay by themselves otherwise guests can be charged. 6) Usually at the hotel's restaurant staff put the bill on our room number and you can pay during the check-out. One evening they asked us to pay cash for the dinner and when we said that we would like to pay by card they asked us to go to the reception and pay. We went to the reception and had been waiting for a while until someone appeared to charge us.

Fabulous

1) Location- very close to the slopes, not too far from the city. Super convenient. 2) The building has probably been recently renovated, both on the outside and the inside (apartments, pool area, spa, common spaces- all in very good conditions). 3) Ski-box on the way to the slopes is very handy and well equipped, with keycard-opening heated brand new lockers. 4) Staff was nice and always available 5) The apartment was daily sized with updated furniture and new kitchenware.

1) The playroom area definitely needs to be updated- not very usable in its current setup. However, considering the rest of the facility’s outlook definitely shows a much better layout, I think management already knows this and I assume they are already planning to upgrade the offer in that area. 2) Our apartment was on the 4th floor, which meant a few meters from the doorstep to the elevator had to be walked on the outdoor balcony. Not a big deal, just a little uncomfortable with kids in case you want them to freely wonder to and from the common spaces (bar, pool, playroom, etc.) without freezing (we were there during ski season). 3) I know this is not really an “issue”, nor that this comment can be generalized beyond the “personal opinion” level. However I think it needs to remarked that for great part of the winter the hotel is almost entirely booked by group travelers from Eastern Europe. During my stay, most of them were ok- families with kids. However, being large groups, some degree of noise is inevitable. But that actually didn’t bothered me as much as the incidental few drunks met by the bar, or around the hallways, not so late at night. Nothing really dangerous, nor truly annoying. Mine is clearly not a matter of ethnicity (I’m Italian, and such large groups of Italians abroad would be way much worse neighbors). Also, I clearly don’t blame the Residence administrators- actually I commend them- for working well with foreign clients. I just think future residents should know that the scenario at the Adamello resort is very much international.

Il personale molto attento ad offrire accurati servizi e premuroso nel qualificare l’accoglienza: gli appartamenti di diverse grandezze, completi e funzionali, WI-FI gratuito illimitato, bollitore; e deposito sci riscaldato. Il ristorante di qualità con vista spettacolare. Gran buffet per le colazioni, attento ai gusti e alle diverse esigenze della propria clientela; Il centro benessere, riservato agli ospiti, dotato di sauna, bagno turco, docce sensoriali, lettini relax, tisaneria è un’oasi riservata di benessere, nonche piscina dedicata ai bambini, idromassaggio e piscina per adulti, completano i servizi offerti. Non all’altezza di un 4 stelle ne’ del prezzo richiesto

Più di 400€ a notte per una stanza che loro chiamano "appartamento" dove per i 4 giorni di nostra permanenza non state effettuate nemmeno le pulizie. L'acqua della "spa" ovvero una piscina idromassaggio interna era fredda quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Al momento del check out, dopo avermi confermato che era stato tutto pagato mi hanno richiamato quando ero già sulla strada di ritorno per saldare la tassa di soggiorno esclusivamente in contanti. Il che mi ha obbligato a tornare indietro perché per nessun motivo hanno accettato un bonifico, nonostante la svista fosse stata loro e nonostante mia abbiamo pure dato dello scorretto al telefono. Non all'altezza di un 4 stelle né del prezzo richiesto.

Posizione ottima. Ristorante favoloso, ma non festito da loro comunque.

Servizo pessimo. Arrovati nelle camere con riscaldamento spento!!! A -10 gradi!! Nessuna istruzione su come accendere riscaldamento. Abbiamo dovuto noi regolare ed aprire ogni singolo termosifone!! La millantata spa, con acqia fredda nelle piscine. Colazione con staff poco professioonale, nessuna minima traccia di tabelle allergeni, nessun cartello sul nome dei prodotti, camerieri con divise poco pulite. Per due giorni non si è vista tazzina del caffe..sempre a lavare. Le macchinette del caffè poco pulite, sgocciolavano sempre latte anche nel caffè.

Le stanze senza balcone, infiltrazioni d’acqua all’interno della zona piscina, ascensore rotto, buffet con tantissime opzioni che in realtà non c’erano ad esempio le centrifughe di frutta. C’erano solo dei succhi pronti erogati da un distributore. Nella zona piscina e spa solo bicchieri di vetro(pericolosissimi visto che si è tutti scalzi) e bollitori con acqua bollente

Gentilezza e tanto relax!!

Cercavamo un posto dove trascorrere un weekend di relax ed è il posto perfetto per un soggiorno a Ponte di legno; personale gentilissimo, appartamenti comodi e puliti, colazione fornita e abbondante. Ideale anche come punto di partenza per le escursioni, situato a fianco alla seggiovia che va in Valbione ed all'ovovia che collega Ponte di Legno al Passo Tonale. Consigliatissimo!!

Soggiorno meraviglioso tra montagne e relax! Personale gentile, appartamento ben pulito e colazione molto varia e abbondante. Con noi c’era anche il nostro cagnolino e al check-in abbiamo trovato un dolcissimo benvenuto! Ci siamo fermati a cena nel ristorante interno al Resort, "IL PANORAMICO" e ci siam trovati benissimo, cibo di qualità e personale cortese. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie a tutto lo staff

Tutto perfetto

Ho scelto questo Resort per un weekend in montagna con mia moglie ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ho trovato un appartamento ampio e pulito, alla reception ragazze cordiali e sorridenti che mi hanno dato anche ottimi consigli per passeggiate nella zona. Per il pomeriggio, dopo una camminata, abbiamo apprezzato molto la parte spa e piscina con idromassaggio perfetta per rilassarci prima di cena. Colazione con ampia scelta e personale pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Torneremo sicuramente.

Soggiorno a ponte di legno in primavera.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicinissima alla cabinovia per il Tonale e la seggiovia per il Valbione. A pochi metri dal centro cittadino. Struttura ben tenuta ed essenziale per il soggiorno.

La colazione non offre alternativa per vegani , sinceramente non è stato chiesto allo staff se c'erano la possibilità di avere alternative vegane.

Struttura moderna, camera confortevole con la possibilità di starci comodamente anche in 4. Colazione a buffet sufficientemente varia e buona. Hanno anche una SPA molto invitante, che solo per ragioni di tempo non siamo riusciti a provare.

L'hôtel est impeccable, avec de bons équipements, un spa très agréable, un restaurant super (la vue, le petit-déjeuner), et une localisation idéale juste à côté des remontées mécaniques.

Le gros point négatif est la relation avec le personnel. Nous avons été sidérés par la froideur, voire le caractère hautain des employées de la réception... Seule une dame (plus âgée, ~45 ans) s'est montrée adorable et attentionnée envers nous. Les 4 autres (toutes plus jeunes, entre 25 et 35 ans) étaient désagréables et peu serviables. Nous avons également été mal reçus par les employés du buffet du petit-déjeuner...

INCANTEVOLE

Appartamento semplice ma pulito e accogliente, abbiamo trovato anche delle buonissime tisane e dei biscottini all'interno. Ampio parcheggio e cura del cliente. Al check in ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni richieste e ci hanno dato dei preziosi consigli. La colazione continentale e curata. Spettacolare la vista che si ammira dalla sala del ristorante dedicato al menù alla carta. Di qualità i piatti proposti con ampia scelta di pesce. Un grazie a tutto lo staff. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
