The only good thing about this stay was the communication with the staff

Well... The overall score on Booking does not correspond the real situation. I travel a lot, so I know what I'm talking about: Extremely uncomfortable bed (sofa bed!); no Wi-Fi in the room; poor cleanliness; broken shower and clogged drain; very poor soundproofing - you can hear every step and every word from the room above; no salt, pepper or oil for cooking; the way from ski room to the slope is uncomfortable. The room deserves no more than 5, but I give it 6 only because of the very good and friendly staff.

Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché in questo periodo la spa ed il ristorante sono in ristrutturazione. La camera era bellissima con un ottimo bagno doccia la signora dello staf eccezionale ma la cosa veramente top a 50 ml dagli impianti di risalita non guardate su google map con la via perche non vi fà vedere veramente dove è situato.

Die Lage an der Skipiste ist optimal.

Wir haben das Jolly Resort auch wegen dem SPA gebucht. Bei der Ankunft in der Rezeption wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das SPA geschlossen ist. Wir wurden durch das Schreiben an der Eingangstür informiert. Das war enttäuschend.

L'albero è situato in una posizione vicino alle piste e anche molto vicino al centro.

bella struttura e accetta anche gli animali.

Non credo, però, sia giusto applicare la stessa tariffa di un cucciolo di razza piccola di 300 grammi e un san bernardo di kg 50! Ma è una mia opinione. L'importante è che li accettino...sia chiaro.

Location che penso vada un poco più curata ,letto scomodissmo

Il luogo si presta a tanti punti di partenza , ogni giorno è possibile avventurarsi in una nuova avventura ed emozionarsi a scenari differenti.

Il letto o meglio il divano letto era scomodissimo ,non capisco questa scelta visto che il monolocale è comunque a vista e il divano letto e dotato di due materassi quindi non richiudibile perché non mettere un letto con un buon materasso , per fortuna ho trascorso solo 3 giorni , 3 notti insonne non fanno vacanza .

Relax tra le montagne della Valcamonica

Resort in ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo, posto tranquillo, le due persone alla reception sono un valore aggiunto, sempre disponibili e cordiali, ti fanno sentire un ospite molto gradito. Il nostro cagnolino è stato accolto molto bene.

appartamento molto piccolo, mancanza di letto ma dormito su divano letto con materasso scomodissimo con fossa centrale, mancanza di privacy sul terrazzo, diviso da una fioriera troppo bassa e se avessimo avuto il cane o un bimbo piccolo sarebbe andato nel appartamento vicino

Todo, ubicación ideal, caminando al centro en 5 minutos, aparcamiento en la puerta, al lado del funicular, cocina completa, aire acondicionado, limpieza, el personal muy atento.
