Great family friendly hotel

We loved our stay at the Hotel Mirella. It was perfect for our family skiing holiday. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm with a stunning view from the balcony. The swimming pool was lovely to come back to after a day on the mountain. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The shuttle bus to and from the gondola was great and the equipment storage provided by the hotel there was ideal.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The hotel is a bit dated which might not suit some people but we loved the character.

Good location, heated floor in pool area, heated pool, jacuzzi, family friendly ( no restrictions on time for kids in pool). Stuff very kind and helpful. Hotel is old as you see in pic's but is well looked after. Rooms shover, all main use areas spotless, room service daily. Good location, just 10-15min walk to gondola...

Evening menu is 4 courses 40e/person is ok if you hungry, but as family with two small kids who barely eats 160e to much. Some flexibility in the menu would be benefit event to hotel

I really cannot recommend this hotel… a disaster. It was totally overpriced. Facilities awful. Hotel super ugly and old style. ( time to renovate). Breakfast poor. No space to park the car. There was hardly anyone at the reception.

Staff eccellente e la cucina ottima.

La camera. Stanza al piano -1 sotto la sala con il biliardo, si sentiva il caos fino a tardi. Il bagno molto vecchio, entrava così tanta aria dalla finestra che si gelava e difatti dall’umidità si creava una pozzanghera.

Ottima cucina, piscina grande e ben riscaldata, idromassaggio, palestra, sauna, massaggi. Servizio di navetta gratuita per le piste. Camere spaziose e complete di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Cenone di capodanno con ottimo cibo, piano bar e organizzazione ben riuscita.

Arredamento delle camere e, soprattutto dei bagni, un po’ datato (comunque completo di ogni comfort)

Molto comodo il van che ti porta direttamente alle piste di ponte di legno, connesse tramite cabinovia a passo del tonale. Piscina e jacuzzi riscaldate. Affascinante stile anni '60 degli interni.

Arredamento piuttosto datato della stanza. L'acqua del rubinetto é molto ferrosa.

Le spugne del bagno nuove e morbide. Lenzuola di qualità e letto comodo.

Colazione non da 4 stelle. Bagno vecchio e da rifare. Mobilio anni 70. Personale non troppo affabile. Serramenti da sostituire. Piscina grande ma da ristrutturare.

Bella la piscina, aperta anche ai bambini e con orario prolungato (chiusura alle 20): temperatura perfetta, accessibile direttamente dall'ascensore delle camere indossando ciabatte e accappatoio e con disponibilità di asciugamani in loco Asciugamani e accappatoi morbidissimi, davvero confortevoli Colazione buona, ottima la cena Finestra della camera con vista sulle montagne e buone tende oscuranti Personale cordiale

La rubinetteria: personalmente preferisco di gran lunga i miscelatori ai rubinetti separati acqua calda/acqua fredda, soprattutto nella doccia Avrei gradito un mobiletto di appoggio in bagno, magari sotto al lavandino La luce sullo specchio del bagno a mio avviso meriterebbe qualche lumen in più

Piscina e palestra anche se la palestra va prenotata.

L hotel non si può definire 4 stelle, piuttosto datato infissi vecchi soffitti scrostati sui balconi se chiudi le finestre non c'è aria condizionata ne una pala. Inoltre potrebbero mettere delle macchinette per caffè e cappuccini il servizio sarebbe più veloce.

Todo correcto, algo anticuado en su aspecto

Es una estructura antigua, en su momento tuvo que ser un gran hotel de 4 estrellas, ahora quizás le falta modernizar un poco la decoración, la grifería, la sensación no es la que uno espera de un hotel cuatro estrellas, pero este punto más visual que otra cosa se compensa con la comodidad, lo céntrico que es, y el personal muy amable y disponible. Desayuno buffet variado.

Uno de los días se quedó el peluche de mi hijo entre las sábanas, se perdió y no fue posible encontrarlo. Fue un accidente, intentaron localizarlo pero fue una pena que no apareciera

Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht

Die Zimmer waren sauber und werden täglich gemacht. Der neue SPA-Bereich, welcher im Untergeschoss "versteckt" ist, hat überzeugt.

Das Hotel ist total überaltert. Das Badezimmer wurde "überstrichen", die Duschbrause war verkalkt, das Lavabo lief kaum ab, das Fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schliessen und der Türgriff wurde mit Tape repariert. Alles ist düster mit dunklem Holz und die Minibar rattert. Das Frühstück als solches war ok, bei diesen Übernachtungspreisen hätte dieses jedoch mehr an die Vorlieben von nicht-Italienern ausgerichtet werden dürfen. Das Schwimmbad ist verhältnismässig gross, bietet aber kaum Platz zum verweilen.
