Very good facilities and location for family ski holiday at reasonable cost.

Long queues for the buffet meals and the food while quite tasty and varied always seemed to be somewhat on the cold side. Better food warmers and more serving stations are needed.

We keep coming back here for the top skiing.

The location is excellent. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and there is also a place to dry things after skiing. Own ski and boot storage and parking space. For a hotel that resembles a mountain hotel from the 80s, it is still sufficient.

Repetitive and practical, the same breakfast every day. There are no vegetables here, which would have helped to vary the content of the breakfast so that it was not the same every day. There are more sweets than healthy things. The organization of the dinner is a disaster, where you have to wait in line for the main course for even 10 minutes. The line leads right out in front of the dining room. Such a sham. The food is served by the staff, but in one place, so no matter what you want, you have to stand in the line for even the soup, which is right at the beginning.

definitely not a 4 stars hotel: the room is small especially the bathroom: you can’t move around inside of the bathroom. the beds are soooo small, like children beds and they aren’t comfortable.

la posizione è molto comoda per chi scia, accanto agli impianti. Buona l'assistenza di Booking (pessima quella della struttura invece)

La camera era fredda, il riscaldamento insufficiente. Il buffet del ristorante veniva preso d'assalto da una scolaresca di 150 ragazzi e per mangiare si era costretti ad andare molto presto o molto tardi e il personale non riusciva a gestire la situazione. Il programma di animazione non viene rispettato, ci sono solo 15 minuti scarsi di baby dance per i bimbi e poi non c'è niente per gli adulti successivamente. Abbiamo fatto presenti questi problemi alla struttura, che inizialmente ha detto che non ci si poteva fare niente, poi insistendo con gli uffici TH centrali l'unica cosa che abbiamo ottenuto è stata una stufina elettrica (non a norma) per sopperire al freddo in camera. E' stata buona solo l'assistenza che ci ha fornito Booking. Nel complesso non aspettatevi un hotel 4 stelle come descritto, perchè le camere e i servizi sono quelli di un hotel a 2/3 stelle.

Camera con bagno di recente ristrutturazione. Doccia perfetta. Posizione perfetta adiacente ingresso funivia. Cibo ottimo. Servizio ottimo. Pulizia eccellente.

Aggiungere almeno dei giochi per bambini nella zona Bar da utilizzare durante il giorno

La posizione per chi scia è ottima, come anche la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina riscaldata interna, nonostante sia un labirinto raggiungerla. Anche il cibo era buono ma ripetitivo.

Restyling generale dell’hotel ma immagino sarà difficile.

Breve MA INTENSO

La vicinanza agli impianti, senza dubbio. La struttura è sicuramente resistente. L'impegno profuso dal personale del ristorante a fare buon uso delle materie prime non sempre valide. La simpatia del direttore.

Il prezzo è troppo alto per i servizi che offre. La piscina di domenica è chiusa. Senza parlare della spa inesistente, che in una struttura sciistica è ormai indispensabile

Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Комнаты аккуратные и чистые. Еда вкусная. По вечерам живая музыка и развлечения для детей. Идеальный вариант доя отдыха на природе. Подъемники и прокат лыж в нескольких метрах от гостиницы, ячейки хранения для лыж есть в гостинице и входят в стоимость. Мы провели 5 дней в гостинице и остались очень довольны.

Интернет отсутствует. Вай фай ловит только на ресепшен

Struttura inadatta

Struttura estremamente datata, nella scelta della camera avevamo richiesto la vista montagna che abbiamo scoperto in sede sembri non esistere, bagni piccolissimi, rumore costante di acqua che goccia. Voglio specificare però l'estrema cordialità della maggior parte del personale, il maitre Antonio ed il suo staff, la reception che tempestivamente cercava di sopperire alle varie problematiche riscontrate e i tecnici.

Il personale salva la struttura

L' esperienza è stata non eccezionale a causa di una struttura vecchia, con pochi servizi. Manca una caffettiera a mensa, l'assortimento delle bevande e succhi è misero. Le torte e il cibo sono freschi e di buona qualità. Eccellente, gentile e disponibile il personale che viene incontro con competenza e cordialità alle richieste del cliente, sempre con il sorriso anche a fine stagione. Bagni piccoli e indecenti. Puliti sì ma stretti, mancano i miscelatori, docce vecchie e con impianto da rifare. Bar triste e mal arredato. Cortesissimo il bar man ma per il resto esperienza da veglione di Fantozzi. Bravi i ragazzi dell'animazione che ce la mettono tutta, soprattutto con i bimbi. Ottima la posizione sulle piste e comodissimo il deposito direttamente sulle piste, veramente strategico.

Non ci è piaciuto praticamente nulla, posizione a parte,pensiamo sia stata messa in atto una truffa, così come noi altre famiglie ,pensavano di alloggiare in un altro hotel, con servizi come miniclub ecc. In effetti sono due strutture che cooperano insieme ma con due tipologie di pacchetti diversi. Quello ristrutturato adatto alle famiglie con miniclub e servizi e l altro (ahimé capitato a noi) adatto solo a chi scia e non usufruisce dell hotel nella sua fattispecie

Miniclub solo su richiesta dalle 9 alle 15, pulizia pari a zero.cibo così così,tipo mensa scolastica.cosa fondamentale non è indicato che nei bagni è sprovvista ogni sorta di areazione, sfiato, finestra.i bagni sono ricavati con della faesite e molto molto stretti e sanitari e rubinetteria a dir poco antica. Camere orrende, spoglie, vecchie,dove si sente anche quando si soffia il naso il vicino di camera.si sentono rumori ad ogni ora. pezzi di pavimento mancante. Si muore di caldo nonostante avessimo spento i termo.invivibile. Per raggiungere la piscina c'è un percorso ad ostacoli,ascensore poi si sale e si scende le scale che è un piacere(si fa per dire).
