Perfection!

Perfect location, walking distance to four different lifts. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (particularly given we are a somewhat helpless American family who speaks no Italian!). Great breakfast each day, amazing accommodations, ski locker to hold all of your gear that the closest ski shop will drop off and pick up from. Incredible stay, we could not have asked for anything more!

Breakfast was fantastic, as were the cleanliness, staff, and service. The team went out of their way to help during a very busy holiday week. Wonderful family and experience; we felt very cared for.

Comfortable stay in a perfect location with a friendly staff

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating- to humans and their pups! Even better that the rooms were comfortable (amazing pillows!), clean, and a good temperature. I loved the balcony and view of the mountains. The breakfast was lovely (not just bread - and you can order eggs any way!), and the bar / restaurant on site was a good price with quality offerings. 10/10.

Albergo in pieno centro a Madonna di Campiglio, proprio sotto l'arrivo del Canalone Miramonti. Colazione molto buona così come la cortesia del personale e la posizione! Bagno appena rifatto, comodissimo.

L'insonorizzazione della camera e il costo del garage (del quale non abbiamo usufruito anche se avremmo potuto), ma considerando la situazione parcheggi del paese, più che giustificato.

Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne, obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta zawsze życzliwa, czysto, schludnie. Świetne położenie - blisko do wyciągów, parking podziemny.

Nie wiem jakie są założenia tego hotelu ale brakowało nam w pokojach mini lodówek i czajnika :( wiem, że nie ma ich w ofercie a szkoda ;)

Eccellente

La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole sciare. In 3 minuti a piedi sei arrivato alla cabinovia 5 Laghi. La gentilezza del personale, soprattutto della simpatica signora alla reception ti fa sentire accolto come in una famiglia. Lei è estremamente gentile e calorosa, si vede che ama molto il suo lavoro.

L’arredamento della camera è un po spartano. Ad esempio, ho trovato solo la luce centrale nella camera da letto ma non c’erano le abat jour di fianco al letto.
