Great stay - location perfect.

The location was great it was a 3 minute to the gondola and you’re pretty much in town. We were there for a skiing trip with friends and family. We weren’t lucky with the weather as it snowed most of the time and no sunshine but even with that we had a great time. There’s also a bar in the hotel which we didn’t know about prior to booking so it was a nice extra - the kids loved the hot chocolate. We had 5 rooms in total with our friends and the best ones are 102 and 314. I would go for the new style and not the old style rooms. The ladies at reception are very friendly and helpful and we were all given a breakfast to go on our last day as we had an early flout to catch.

Great stay!

Excellent location for a ski holiday, 3 min walk to the cable car! Hotel very nice, amazing friendly staff ,nothing is too much for them.Sauna/wellness with drinks and snacks worked a treat!! Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. Daily room cleaning and takeaway breakfast and coffee on our very early check-out was very much appreciated, thank you very much, team Cristiania! Would definitely return soon, hopefully with no masks needed

The location is great, few minutes walking from the center of Madonna di Campiglio. We had a car spot in the garage The terrace in the room was really nice

The hotel is nice overall, but they have a renewed part and an old one. From the pictures wasn't clear, and we were in the old part, with red moquette and (clean but) a bit old bathroom

Very nice staff and breakfast, but room could be better

Receptionist was very nice and helpful, giving tips, answering our questions. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast - it had a nice selection of not only the regular stuff (eggs, bread, coffee), but also some fruits, very delicious muesli, also juice that you could freshly squeeze. Room had a nice balcony.

The room was not so nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, you could almost feel the springs in it, And from my point of view the bed is the most important for a traveler to be able to sleep well and recharge. In addition, bathroom could be cleaner, there was some mold on the ceiling and the fan in the bathroom was so loud.

Really nice breakfast, and a generous table of horderves and snacks in the afternoon, excellent with an elevator (stayed at the 3rd floor and hurt my knee in the slopes), daily cleaning of the rooms, good ski storage and only 50m to the lift.

Experied some queue to the espresso machine at the breakfast and no minibar in the room but I can live with issues like those. ; )

Mi aspettavo un servizio differente da un hotel a 4 stelle

La posizione strategica per impianti e centro del paese e la colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in quattro amiche per 3 notti durante il ponte dell’8 dicembre. A ottobre avevamo prenotato tramite Booking due camere doppie, pagando metà importo subito e il saldo previsto all’arrivo. Al nostro arrivo la sera del 5 dicembre (intorno alle 22) il check-in è avvenuto senza alcuna segnalazione di problemi. Il giorno successivo, rientrando da una giornata sugli sci, ci è stato comunicato in reception – davanti ad altri clienti – che secondo la struttura la prenotazione sarebbe stata per una sola persona per camera e che avremmo dovuto pagare un importo quasi doppio rispetto a quanto già confermato. Poiché la situazione non era chiara, abbiamo contattato l’assistenza Booking (chiamata durata oltre un’ora), che ci ha confermato che il prezzo pagato era corretto e che avrebbero gestito direttamente il chiarimento con la struttura. Tornate in reception, ci è stato detto che al massimo avremmo dovuto pagare la colazione e il kit bagno per la seconda persona. Precisiamo che fin dal primo giorno in ogni camera erano presenti asciugamani e dotazioni per due ospiti. Un altro aspetto che non ci ha convinte è stata la gestione della spa: l’accesso è a numero limitato e a tempo. Il secondo giorno, nonostante ci fossimo presentate all’orario indicato, c’era un sovraffollamento tale da costringerci ad andare via dopo meno di 20 minuti. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa in reception, ma l’accesso ci è stato comunque addebitato interamente. Nota positiva: posizione eccellente e colazione buona.

Ideale per una vacanza sulla neve e per godersi Madonna di Campiglio con la massima comodità

Posizione eccezionale: l’hotel è letteralmente attaccato al centro di Madonna di Campiglio e alle piste. Una posizione davvero fantastica sia per chi ama sciare, sia per chi preferisce passeggiare in centro. Tutto è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, senza bisogno di usare l’auto. Stanza molto grande, disposta su due piani e con due bagni: non nuovissima, ma estremamente confortevole, pulita e ben organizzata. Terrazza bellissima con affaccio diretto sulle montagne e una vista davvero pazzesca. Zona wellness/spa molto carina, accogliente e ben gestita, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulle piste o in giro per il paese. Accoglienza curata: all’arrivo e durante il soggiorno vengono offerti pasticcini e bibite di benvenuto, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Colazione moooolto buona, con ampia scelta di prodotti locali: formaggi, salumi e torte eccellenti, di grande qualità.

Niente: soggiorno pienamente soddisfacente sotto ogni aspetto. Conclusione: Una struttura che unisce posizione perfetta, comfort, accoglienza e qualità dei servizi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Posizione ottima Personale gentile Camera e struttura in generale bella e pulita. Stanza silenziosa. Colazione non con tantissima varietà di prodotti ma di buona qualità.

L'unico appunto è sui terrazzini delle stanze. La divisione che c'è, a mio parere, non è sufficiente. Poca privacy.

Posizione fantastica vicino al centro ed ai collegamenti ( cabinovie,mezzi pubblici praticamente nn ho mai usato l’auto) Percorsi trekking sport bus navette tutto a portata di piedi Camera bella confortevole e insonorizzata molto bene nonostante vicina alla strada Staff gentile e competente Insomma tutto bene lo consiglio sicuramente.

Forse la SPA un po’ piccola ma avendola usata poco per me può andare bene anche così….non li darei l insufficienza.
