We loved the trip and this hotel could be excellent but we feel we were misled and poorly treated

It could be fantastic. It is v cosy very well located and some parts are exactly as needed and expected. It’s clean, good breakfast and located well in town near ski lifts.

The description is not accurate. It is not ski in ski out. The room we booked via booking.com was a junior suite 38m with pictures to show facilities. We were given a far smaller room that is not a suite and not matching the pictures. Fireplace not working and v poor reaction when this was noted. Same happened to 3 members of our party. They blamed booking.com and then said they’d move us and claimed it was an upgrade! They didn’t charge but still a v disappointing experience and reaction. On departure I received no help with my cases and snow gear. I was told the staff were busy serving breakfast. Most of the staff tried hard but there are clearly management and mis-marketing issues

A great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities, let down by misleading room descriptions.

I really liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities were good and well maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special mention to the breakfast staff, who were always happy, joking, and made mornings a pleasure. The bar had a very relaxed atmosphere, with staff who were again friendly and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, the room I received did not match what I booked on Booking.com. I had reserved a Junior Suite but was told on arrival that I had been “upgraded” to a different room. The room I was given was a standard double, not a Junior Suite. According to the Booking.com description, the Junior Suite should have included a fireplace, sofa bed, separate living area, and an overall size of around 38 m². The room I received had none of these features — no fireplace, no sofa bed, and no separate living area. While the room itself was fine — new, clean, and comfortable — it was not what I had paid for. I raised this politely with the manager, but she was dismissive and repeatedly insisted the room was an upgrade, without acknowledging that it did not match the advertised Junior Suite. She was the only staff member I found to be unfriendly or unhelpful during my stay. Additionally, the property was advertised as ski-in/ski-out on Booking.com, which it clearly was not. It is a short walk to the lifts, but not ski-in/ski-out as described. This issue spoiled what would otherwise have been a 10/10 stay. My advice is to be careful, as what you book on Booking.com may not be what you receive.

Great hotel, great Staff, great location, needs a better bar and entertainment

SPA was very good but the pool is a hydro therapy pool not a swimming pool. Treatments were good and steam, sauna and relaxing were all good. Location of hotel is good for the lifts. Staff are friendly. Food is good

because of the rooms are newer than other hotels

because of the hotel had charged me almost 1000 euro for 6 days , the reason is to pay for my kid extra bed service. this is really unbelievable expensive….the hotel manager can’t speak good English and her behavior is a bit rude to me … impolite… they told my to pay cash and I can get 5% discount, when I used 1000 euro cash to pay my bills, the hotel manager told me there is no discount….it is really not good feeling….I will never go back to this hotel again!

Ottimo Hotel, con garage coperto gratuito, situato in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutti gli impianti di risalita. Cucina raffinata e servizio attento e gentile. Ottima anche la pulizia delle camere.

In un contesto comunque ottimo, presterei maggiore attenzione alla SPA in quanto alcuni servizi a volte non funzionavano bene, come ad esempio un idromassaggio della piscina ed alcune docce.

Bellissimo hotel in centro a Madonna di Campiglio. Nulla nella struttura è lasciato al caso. Organizzatissimi da ogni punto di vista. Camere semplici ma di una bellezza pazzesca e dotate di qualsiasi comfort e servizio. Ristorante da 10 e lode. A livello di qualità e quantità del cibo è in generale uno dei ristoranti più buoni dove io abbia mai mangiato. Centro benessere davvero molto bello e dotato di tantissimi comfort diversi. Forse si potrebbe pensare di effettuare ingressi su prenotazione per un periodo di tempo perché se c’è molta gente risulta leggermente piccolo. Ma obiettivamente anche in questo caso riesci a trovare lo spazio per rilassarti. Ma la forza principale dell’hotel è il personale. A partire dai proprietari fino ai camerieri, tutti sono di una gentilezza disarmante. Sempre a disposizione, sempre con il sorriso e sempre pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Il vero fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Spero di riuscire a tornare in questo hotel per passarci anche più tempo.
