Very good location and great views from the windows of the chalet. Beatiful interiors. The shuttle service to the ski facilities and centre of the village is really convenient.
The coffee at the breakfast could have been better. There are no kettle in the room and bottles of water are also not included in daily room service.
Though the spa area visually has really nice infrastructure, the ventilation there is no quite good, I felt head aches after an hour spent there.

La struttura, le stanze, il centro benessere, ma soprattutto la professionalità e gentilezza di Ivan alla reception
e in generale del personale presente nella struttura .
La comunicazione scarsa e i modi del personale di Hotiday (non in loco), che non ha risposto alle mie domande via email fatte diversi giorni prima dell'arrivo. Anche telefonicamente, la cortesia e l'arte del mestiere si sono rivelati, scarsi!

Lokalizacja blisko to wyciągów. Ski bus odrazu przy hotelu nigdzie nie trzeba iść.
