We enjoyed our stay but the issues we had could’ve been handled better.

We enjoyed our stay, hotel is beautiful, good location, restaurant food was good etc etc.

One room was advertised and given to us as a “newly renovated” room, but it wasn’t complete. Shutters were not on the windows still, and work was actively ongoing during the stay without any heads up.. New furniture was being added when we were gone and we found the TV on when returning to the room.. not ideal. The management was extremely dismissive of the concerns we raised about the unfinished room, and insisted that he was doing us a huge favor by giving us this “beautiful” new room. Unfortunately, beauty isn’t everything. If room construction isn’t complete, either offer a discounted rate or simply don’t sell the room. Or a heads up at the very least would’ve been appreciated, instead of the false advertising. Being greedy just to maximize occupancy isn’t tolerable in a high end place like Madonna di Campiglio. A bottle of wine was all that was offered as compensation for the issues we had (to a pregnant woman nonetheless). List of other random issues we had: - [ ] No working high chair with safety straps for baby - [ ] Card reader stopped working twice - [ ] Sink was leaking - [ ] No fridge in the room - [ ] Light wouldn’t turn off - [ ] Parking situation challenging

If I'll be back in Madonna di Campiglio - I'll go with different hotel.

The apartment was big - 2 bathrooms - and very clean - huuge thank you to the cleaning service! Towels changed each day and linen in the mid time of our stay. The location is great - close to all main funicular railways.

We wanted to spend our money in Italy, to help out the post-covid turism a little - but we felt unwelcome in this hotel. Mountain view offer? - not really, the construction work (and noises until late evening hours) in front of the balcony. Nobody asked us for the green pass at the check in time - quite surprising considering how hard Italy was hit with covid last year... Swimming pool was open only for a total of 4 hours (15:00-19:00) even though no lifeguard was present. I don't understand why the swimming pool area was not open for the whole day with sauna excluded in the morning. Restaurant staff - big disappointment here. 3 people that give the impression of a total disorganization, you need to ask several times for the same thing. Breakfast is served to the table due to covid restrictions but do not expect variety of food (no veggies, no fruits). Quite honestly - restaurant staff gave us the impression that they do NOT treat all guest on the same level, they prefer to go with Italians only. If you are a foreigner - or be brave and patient or go to another hotel.

Good value in great location!

It was good in general, nice location, decent food, great price. Staff friendly, and helped with thenformayion about hikes.

Parking was small and a bit difficult, we needed our car, but it was blocked by many other cars. The staff at the restaurant did not speak much english, and did not explain well the options.

right now there's a construction going on right next to the hotel. at 7am sharp they will start hammering throughout the day.

Dangerous and inefficient electrical system of the kitchen Kitchen equipment insuffisant (no glass, 2 plates for a 4 people flat ...) bad soundproofing "mountain-view balcony" is not true: the direct blacony view is on an other room, and on one side, on a snow canon at the bottom of a ski slope (visibility distance around 50m).

Buono ma da migliorare

Posizione assolutamente impareggiabile, sci ai piedi davvero! Personale gentilissimo. Colazione buona! Cena così così, si potrebbe senz’altro migliorare.

Piscina assolutamente FREDDA. Al centro benessere presenti solamente due sdraio. La piscina fredda dopo una giornata che si sta fuori è davvero poco gradita. Visto che c è ed è anche bella sarebbe meglio aumentare la temperatura dell’acqua di qualche grado. Se no meglio chiudere la spa. Doccia della camera davvero piccolina. Noi siamo una coppia giovane e ci adattiamo, ma una persona un po’ più in carne davvero non ci entra.

Śniadania typowo włoskie. Dużo słodkości. Kawa wyśmienita. Wygodne łóżka. Część pokoi wyremontowana. Miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji. Fantastyczne wielodaniowe kolacje. Lokalizacja obiektu extra - przy stoku (wejście po schodach), ale też w samym centrum uroczego miasteczka. Wszędzie czysto.

Można byłoby dodać w pokoju czajnik - bo tego mi brakowało. Gdyby była mini lodówka też byłoby super- bo w naszym pokoju nie mieliśmy takich udogodnień. Z tego co wiem w pokojach rodzinnych lodówkę i czajnik można było znaleźć. Można by pomyśleć o wymianie foteli w holu - bo są trochę podniszczone.

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza molto comoda con cucina e abbiamo trovato tutto pulito. La posizione dell’hotel è fantastica e lo staff molto accogliente.

Il ristorante dell’hotel è l’unico servizio che non ci ha soddisfatto. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ma la cena e la gestione dei piatti non sono state buone.

Camera e bagno non molto grandi e abbastanza vecchiotti, soprattutto messi a paragone con la stanza della coppia venuta con noi che allo stesso prezzo ha avuto una stanza grande il doppio e più moderna.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente , Camera nuova ampia e pulizia perfetta , staff di sala molto disponibile professionale e sorridente , colazione e cena buone, plus dell'hotel è sicuramente il signor Aldo un libro aperto per gli amanti della montagna fateci due chiacchere e vedrete che non Ve ne pentirete.

Parcheggio sembra di giocare a tetris.

Buono ma senza wow

Centrale, ma in posizione tranquilla.. Gestori cortesi e sempre pronti a consigliare i giusti sentieri. Cena buona. Colazione sufficiente ma “salato” migliorabile.

Arredi e struttura fermi agli anni 80/90. Spa piccola ma adeguata ad un 3 stelle. Nessun giardino o solarium per rilassarsi dopo le passeggiate.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu dla osób chcących korzystać z kolejek i szlaków (byliśmy latem). Wykupiliśmy opcję śniadania + obiadokolacje, co było super rozwiązaniem. Jedzenie smaczne i świeże. Pyszna kawa. Obsługa bardzo miła i starająca się wyjść na przeciw oczekiwaniom i potrzebom gości. Hotel to rodzinny biznes prowadzony od pokoleń, co dało się odczuć w indywidualnym podejściu do klienta - po zgłoszeniu niskiej temperatury w pokoju od razu dostaliśmy dwa grzejniki. Jeśli będziemy w okolicy to na pewno wybierzemy ten sam hotel. Jedynym wyzwaniem może być parkowanie na terenie obiektu - auto można zostawić na parkingu na górze przy budynku, albo niżej, w garażu. W trakcie naszego pobytu było sporo gości, przez co było po prostu ciasno. Trzeba było zostawić kluczyki kierownikowi hotelu, który sprawnie przestawiał samochody w razie konieczności. Służył też pomocą przy parkowaniu. Ogólnie, wszystko na plus.

Séjour très agréable

Très agréable établissement où il fait bon vivre. Personnel très accueillant et mention particulière pour le cuisinier et ses plats savoureux chaque jour renouvelés ainsi qu’au chef de salle qui tel un chef d’orchestre joue à chaque service sa partition avec brio. Espace bien être très agréable après les randonnées. Bref un très bel établissement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix Bettina et Christian.
