La struttura la fa lo staff che é incredibilmente gentile sorridente educato accogliente. I ragazzi sono impeccabili le camere sono molto carine pulite con un bel terrazzo grande .
La colazione, la ragazza Alba é stata meravigliosa e gentilissima l’unica pecca sono i prodotti, sarebbe bello avere pane fresco non il pane Mulino Bianco, stessa cosa con le brioche. Davvero Troppo caldo e secco nelle stanze.

The staff was very kind
The ski storage room was good
The bedsheets were either dirty (looked like nail polish) or ripped and patched up.
The carpet in the room was quite dirty - full of hair.
The walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything in the other rooms/corridor.
The ski storage room was good but it never opened on time at 8am and we always had to go back and ask to open it (even at 9:15am).
The WiFi didn’t work, the signal kept coming and going.
