Overall not bad, I would stay again and hope next time the bed is comfortable in a different room.

A short walk from the ski lift. Nice & clean rooms.

The bed was not so comfortable and had a dip in the mattress. It also squeaked every time you moved and turned which was annoying!

Everything looks great until you start using it

The stuff hardly speaks any english. Everything is old, small and for extra price. The heating in the room can stay off all night long. The windows and blinds are often stuck. The dinner is awful

Great value for money and family friendly hotel for a ski holiday.

Friendly, family-run hotel. Special mention for the helpful Anila who's English was far better than our atrocious Italian. Good breakfast (including fresh scrambled/boiled eggs), 100m to ski lifts, clean & spacious rooms (for a ski resort) and handy boot room with ski lockers. Bar and chill area for pre-dinner drinks.

Not a biggie, but the steam room & hot tub was 9 euros per hour, which we didn't really mind paying given energy costs, but they were both not hot. Oh and the hotel power points were 'old style' EU (3 pin) although staff did point us to shop nearby for adaptors (previous guests had cleaned them out of ones they lent out).

Stuff is friendly, greate location, very clean facility and room. As guest please pay attention to: view from the room Dnner manue is fix with very few options - food is great but my kid had limited options. Hotel offered some basic kids meal (Pasta) The shower in our room was not wide and big

Fantastic for a short break.

Location was super. Right beside skipass office and lifts. Room was spotless and well made-up each day. Easy access from Bergamo (less than 2 hour drive with cheap rental cars).

Breakfast was good but needed some fresh fruit or something fresh.

Booked stay based on overall review score but found the breakfast lacking, poor quality ingredients and lack of choice, no fresh fruit. Room dated and shower cubicle tiny.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Presena and would like to thank our hosts for all their efforts

Friendliness of staff Excellent Ski room Room cleaned and linen changed daily Breakfast OK and got us through to a liquid lunch ! Power shower !

Fantástica noche en el hotel presena

Me gusto todo el ambiente rustico, de montaña que tiene todo el hotel, el hecho de que me toco una habitación con un balcón espectacular también cuenta. Además que la recepcionista es muy agradable, simpática, y el recepcionista muy atento, que creo que sean también los dueños del hotel. Se nota el cariño que le ponen a sus clientes y no olvideis pasar por su SPA, lo aconsejo. Y ultimo consejo para españoles: pondrán tu segundo apellido en la reserva ;)

La verdad es que lo único que diría es que no me gusto no poder quedarme mas días

Das Frühstücksbuffet war das einzig Gute bei unserem Aufenthalt.

Kann die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Hatten extra nach einem Zimmer mit Terrasse/Balkon gesucht und deshalb dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer ohne mit Fensterblick auf eine Baustelle. Ausserdem war das Zimmer kalt und ungemütlich. Ein Duschvorhang in einem "3-Sterne" Hotel geht echt gar nicht. Das Restaurant war auch geschlossen. Die Zugänglichkeit ist ebenfalls unfreundlich: Parkplatz nur über hohen Bordstein befahrbar (= unmachbar für unser Auto) und nur Treppe zum Haupteingang, echt mühsam mit schweren Koffern. In anderen Hotels helfen die Portiers, wenn sie sehen, dass eine Frau Mühe hat...
