The facilities were nicely maintained and the spa area excellent.
Charging extra for linen and towels. In addition it would be good to provide at least the minimum care package (hand soap, dish detergent, kitchen rag etc.) in order for the customer to be able to take care of the apartments during the stay. Nothing was provided, and anything previous guests might have left behind has been removed. Also in the spa area basic shampoo / soap would be good, and usually always included in similar situations.

gemütliches, liebevoll familiengeführtes Gästehaus - empfehlenswert!
Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal (der Chef war immer ansprechbar, hat sich um alles gekümmert). Service wird hier echt noch gelebt... der Wellnessbereich war eine tolle Überraschung!
Ausstattung z.T. nicht mehr ganz aktuell, auch das Zugangskonzept (tlw. nur ein Schlüssel pro Apartment und für die Skidepots) ist etwas altmodisch. Und eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine wäre toll gewesen - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)
