We had such a great time - the apartment is large, clean, quiet, central and well equipped. I really appreciated that the kitchen had some basics (cooking oil etc) which meant I didn’t have to buy everything. Breakfast was very generous and our host, Walter, was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Most comfortable bed of my trip. Most gracious and helpful host and best breakfast. Ideal location across from a quaint park. The most charming village on my trip. Plus real satellite tv with Netflix and YouTube.

Frankly, it was the best stay of my month in Italy. Walter is a helpful host.

Notte insonne e totale mancanza di rispetto e professionalità

Ho prenotato due notti presso Casa Ortensia a Pellizzano, ma sono stato costretto ad abbandonare la struttura dopo la prima notte. Il motivo? I rintocchi del campanile della chiesa, ogni trenta minuti, per tutta la notte. Un incubo: impossibile chiudere occhio. Al mattino ho segnalato la situazione al gestore, che si è mostrato sorpreso e, cosa ancor più grave, totalmente privo di empatia. Successivamente Booking ha provato a contattarlo sia telefonicamente che via mail per chiedere di non addebitarmi la notte non fruita, ma il gestore non ha mai risposto. Un atteggiamento che definirei scorretto e irrispettoso. La tariffa comprendeva colazione e tassa di soggiorno, servizi di cui non ho usufruito. Anche ammesso che ci fossero altre richieste per la stessa notte (ipotesi improbabile in bassa stagione), il minimo sarebbe stato non farmi pagare ciò che non ho consumato e la tassa non dovuta. Trovo estremamente spiacevole e poco professionale che il gestore abbia evitato qualsiasi confronto, lasciando il cliente senza alcuna tutela. Una gestione così superficiale e arrogante rovina completamente l’esperienza. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Non solo per l’insonnia garantita dai rintocchi del campanile, ma soprattutto per la totale mancanza di serietà e rispetto verso gli ospiti.

APPARTAMENTO COMODO, SPAZIOSO E PULITO

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e pulito. La camera matrimoniale è molto grande e dal terrazzo si vede un bellissimo panorama. La cucina è comoda e ben accessoriata. Walter è stato molto gentile e ospitante. Abbiamo anche potuto portare il ns cane senza che ci venisse chiesto nessun supplemento. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la bellissima Val di Sole. Straconsigliata

Tutto ok, se proprio devo cercare una finezza, la luce in bagno potrebbe essere migliorata.

Miejscówka super. Bardzo polecamy.

świetne śniadania. Gospodarz się starał urozmaicać te posiłki. Jestem wdzięczny, że uwzględnił nawet moją dietę bezglutenową (Molto grazie!) . Na dole w tym samdym domu piekarnia. Parking na auto tuż przy domu.

trochę daleko do skibusa, a przy stacji kolejki ciężko zaparkować, więc dobrym rozwiązaniem było wynajęcie szafki na raty i buty przy stoku i powrót do domu skibusem na butach.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit bemerkenswerter Betreuung

Die Casa Ortensia liegt nah dem Ortszentrum, aber dennoch ruhig. Im schönen, großen Apartment kann man sich wohlfühlen, das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr reichlich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr interessiert an seinen Gästen, gibt gern Tipps und Informationen, die Betreuung ist herausragend. Bereichernd fand ich die vertieften Gespräche z.B. über gesellschaftliche und politische Themen. Der Gastgeber spricht gut Deutsch. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß sind es zu der besonders schönen Kirche von Pellizzano mit bildreichem romanisch-gotischem Portal. Das beigefügte Foto ist aus dem Fenster des Apartments aufgenommen.
