Lovely hotel in centre of town in the pedestrianised part with a fantastic rooftop spa. Sumptuous breakfasts and lovely friendly helpful staff

The room does not have a ventilation system or air conditioning, because of that we had to sleep with the windows open. At 6 am, the goods start arriving at the shop in front, there is a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep. When booking the room, the photos does not correspond to the number received. We booked a room with a large balcony and a view to the mountains, instead we got one without a balcony. The manager was helpful with the problem, another room had a balcony, but it was small and overlooked the shopping centre.
