Nice winter holiday stay

Good location - we came for a winter holidays and the hotel is close to two convenient ski lifts so you have no need for ski bus. Nice breakfast with a fresh omelette station, and a fresh squeezed orange juice which is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Nice spa, even though it’s tiny. Staff was very nice and rooms cleaned daily, including an evening towel change posibility.

The breakfast restaurant has only one coffee machine for a big amount of people so you will have to wait in line and block the cold bar. The spa is nice, but it’s small to accommodate the whole hotel, so unless the hotel starts with booking system to limit the number of people that can get in at once, you will not be able to enjoy it. The staff is very nice and helpful, but be ready for them to be pretty flummoxed and not very helpful if you come with a request they are not expecting.

Nice hotel, the staff could be better.

Close to the ski lift and clean, nice rooms and breakfast

The staff did not seem to care about their guests much, not friendly at all. There was an incident where a woman and her husband screamed at me for being at the spa as they wanted to be alone (I had every right to as I had the spa booked for that time) and the hotel did little other than apologize for them, but I still left in tears while they enjoyed the spa.

Excellent value for money in the very center of the village

Breakfast quite varied and abundant, with friendly people helping with preparation of your food. Very nice room with lot sun and light, and Restuaurant with very good food and great value for money. Also the spa with free services and optional massages and support is quite comfortable. Valet car parking is also a great added value, even if a parking site close to the Hotel could be desirable, but we know we are in the center of the village.

We had some problems in booking the sauna, but just because of the COVID restrictions. Hopefully it will be better soon. The room funriture and accessories are not new, but we understand that this is a historic place. Cleanliness and room service is OK.

We love coming back to this hotel which is perfect for ski holidays, 5 minutes away from the lifts, with excellent breakfast before ski and spa after and with a unique atmosphere and most friendly staff.

They should have a billiard in one of their big rooms and that would make it 10+ :)

Localizaçao central, perto do elevador 5 Lagui, café da manha maravilhoso, staff muito bom, limpeza otima, jantar bom mas senti falta de mais comida italiana como conhecemos (lasagna, pasta, risotto etc)

Posizione super centrale, abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e devo dire ottima colazione e cena, SPA piccola ma ben curata in ogni dettaglio, sempre pulita e attrezzata, ma il vero asso nella manica della struttura è lo staff, una professionalità davvero eccellente, cortesi, simpatici e disponibili.

Buona posizione e colazione, ma cena e reception da migliorare

La posizione dell’hotel, perfetta in pieno centro. La struttura nel complesso è accogliente e pulita. Colazione ricca e ben organizzata. Personale di sala gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Dolci a cena molto buoni e con ampia scelta.

La cena non è stata all’altezza di un 4 stelle: buffet degli antipasti spesso con vassoi vuoti e primi/secondi piuttosto scadenti. Il personale della reception poco preparato: ci siamo trovati a dover pagare 100€ per un servizio presentato come gratuito (navetta bus) che includeva anche la seggiovia, senza essere stati avvisati e senza possibilità di rimborso nonostante le prove di pagamento. Manca chiarezza e professionalità in questo aspetto.
