Overall great location, amazing SPA unfortunately our room was smelling very bad as they host dogs in any room not makin

The SPA is great, just make sure to reserve it upfront

The hotel is dog friendly and that is ok but the rooms smell very bad due to that. This was not communicated upfront and they don’t separate the rooms where they host dogs with the ones where they don’t so we ended up in a room where the smell was very strong. This is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel

Great location next to the ski lift. Underground parking supplied to guests. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Should be a 3 star. No proper room service options available and only at certain times of the day. The inhouse restaurant is overpriced with mediocre food. Rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. No air-conditioning is a joke in today's time and age. Old scratchy towels. The price charged per night is ridiculous for the quality received.
