About this house rental
A little, lovely and romantic farmhouse between the artistic and natural beauties of Lazio and Umbria, in a very quiet place.
Two store built holiday-house with inside staircase, one double room plus bath, one living/dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, store room with washing machine and fridge, garden with a wooden porch.
The former farmhouse has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture: Equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.

Your attention please: the pool, shared with other guests, is in the middle of the property, about 1,5 km far from the house. It is linked by nice country paths and so you can reach the pool by car (3 minutes) or by foot.

Belvedere is a lovely old house on a remote hill. We enjoyed the complete silence tremendously as well as the gorgeous view. It is very homely and cosy, due to the old features and lovely furnishings and deco. The bedroom has a beautiful vaulted ceiling which keeps the room cool.The very charming owner couple assisted us in every way and showed us some other houses on the property, which are all lovely.
The area of Orvieto is fantastic, so there is nothing that should keep you from vacationing in La Polverosa.
We will definitely return.
