The staff were extremely kind, but the money issue was never very straight-forward. There were clear images of what I’d booked on Booking.com and they tried to put me in a lesser room… and then charge me an upgrade for the room I booked. I showed them the pictures and then they agreed and everything was fine. But I did find myself standing up for my “rights” money-wise a few times…

The location was just perfect.

Room was not clean, old blood stains on the walls from mosquitos, thin walls, so very noisy, very narrow parking.

Location is good but the hotel needs lots of improvements.

The location and the front desk help and willingness to attend to details. She promptly requested taxis for us.

Booking.com states that the passenger can pay with credit cards. We were told that the payment should be cash or bank transfer when we arrived. We have to walk several blocks to find a bank and withdraw money. The hotel does not have an elevator, so we have to opt for a lower-floor room different from the one I have booked. It was very hot, and they didn't have any ventilation. The window curtains were very light, and we were awake at five in the morning.

Made my reservation five months in advance, when I arrived to the property my reservation was sold. I contacted the property earlier that day to confirm my stay via phone call and messaged through booking the whole time, still they gave it away. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 6pm on a holiday.

One of the best places in Puebla

Amazing place, one of my favorite now in Mexico. very stylish, location is perfect, very safe, rooms very clean and cozy, super big TV, other level of comfort was a beautiful tub and a shower. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help with everything you need. For sure will go back one more time
