Food there is great! Me and my family were able to walk to the Tepozteco since it is a few blocks away. Definitely a fair compensation of what I got, from what I paid for.

Did not like the spiders in the rooms. I hope there is a way to prevent spiders and insects away from the rooms, like a supersonic pest control device.

El cuarto no es como te lo ofrecen en la publicación, no tenía ventilación, la tele casi al techo no se apreciaba nada, el wiffi no servía y encontré cucarachas nos cambiamos de hotel y estuvo mejor a un menor precio!! Para mí este estuvo como si fuera un hotel de carretera!! Nada recomendable la verdad

Pese a haber reservado y pagado con anticipación dentro de la aplicación booking, llegando al alojamiento me salen con que no está pagado y debo pagar ahí, así que me fui, con el temor de que me aparezca el cobro en mi banco al corte de la tarjeta, el peso al pésimo servicio muy mala actitud desde mi llegada, cero empatía, cero resolución, el hotel se ve viejo, deteriorado y con poco mantenimiento y está muy lejos de lo
