An amazing location and great value!

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and the hot water was great.

The room has a glass door to the outside which is private (can’t see through) but the light from the street shines in at night making the room quite bright. It would be very easy to put a little curtain there to prevent this. This was the only issue everything else was great.

A good budget stay in Tepoz

The room offered a picturesque view of the mountain, and the main square of the town was only a few minutes' walk away. The host was easy to reach via Whatsapp, attentive, pleasant to communicate with, and arranged a taxi for my departure since my Spanish was inadequate.

There is noise from passing vehicles directly in front of the building. This can be effectively mitigated with ear plugs. Also: the room can get quite warm in the afternoon, and there is no air con. But this won't be a problem if you are out exploring the town at that time of day.

Está muy cerca del centro y del tepozteco, fue fácil llegar desde la terminal de autobuses (70 pesos un taxi) y de igual forma movernos a cualquier parte del centro.

Purtroppo c’erano dei lavori vicino alla camera che provocavano alcuni rumori durante il giorno. Ma erano temporanei, quindi non saranno un problema per i futuri ospiti.

2階の部屋からの景色が素晴らしい。坂の途中にあるのでいい運動になる。メインストリートまで遠くない。意外と色々しっかり整ってる。

管理者が不在でチェックイン＆アウト時に鍵を返却する際少々時間がかかった（管理者がいないことによる自由感は良い点とも言えるが）。部屋にコンセントが少ない。

Muy bien ubicado, con una atención personal muy buena y super amables, siempre dispuestos a escuchar y dar respuesta rapida y clara tratando de ayudar en lo que necesitaba.

El baño de la habitación tenia un olor a cañeria muy desgradable. No nos dejaron las botellas de agua que vi que en la habotación de i hermano sí había. Nunca me pude conectar a la red wifi.
