La atención fue impecable. Al igual que el cuarto; súper amplio, limpio y cómodo. La verdad las fotos no le hacen justicia. Yo iba de trabajo entonces solo buscaba un cuarto donde descansar pero me habría gustado quedarme un poco más para disfrutar de la bonita habitación. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme con ustedes.

Buen inicio, final de terror!

Fuimos ahí porque tuvimos una boda. Es una casa grande, limpia y con acabados modernos que alquila las habitaciones Nos recibieron una mujer, un señor y dos niños pequeños muy amables y nos dieron llave de la habitación Explicaron que el portón quedaría sin pasador y se abría coriiendolo y que ellos, al llegar el último huésped, pondrían el pasador. Nos pidieron amablemente un taxi y nos fuimos dejando coche y pertenencia en el alojamiento. .

Nos arreglamos y nos fuimos a la boda. Salimos de la boda, llegamos a las 11:00 PM al alojamiento y YA NO PUDIMOS ENTRAR A DORMIR!! El porron no abría, seguimos las instrucciones de deslizarlo pero estaba cerrado con pasador!!! Nadie contestó nuestras muchísimas llamadas, toques de timbre, golpes en la puerta. A esa hora tuvimos que buscar donde dormir, en puente y sin coche!! TERRIBLE!! A las 4:10 am hicieron una llamada, mi celular en modo silencio no oí, ya estábamos durmiendo en un hotel gracias a Dios! Lo recomiendo muchísimo, se llama EL GRULLO Al día siguiente mi esposo fue por nuestras cosas y seguía sin haber nadie que atendiera. Un huésped había abierto ya el portón. Saco todo y dejo la llave de la habitación Hasta las 2:18 pm supe de ellos, pedí mi devolución y lo hicieron en ese momento (por lo menos!!) LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE ALOJAMIENTO QUE HE TENIDO EN MI VIDA!!

La casa me pareció preciosa, la atención de Saraí también fue excepcional. El hecho de que se pueda usar la cocina con libertad y así como la terraza y el pórtico, agregan mucho valor a la estancia. La cual fue cómoda y muy tranquila

Creo que hubo una falta de atención a algunos de los servicios: la televisión de la habitación no contaba con televisión abierta ni cerrada, no contaba con una cuenta ya lista para streaming (netflix), lo cual sí he encontrado en otros servicios de alojamiento, y el internet que llegaba a la habitación era bastante lento. De igual forma, todo el tema del agua caliente de la regadera sí es un embrollo. Nos fue imposible conseguir bañarnos con agua tibia. El agua salía hirviendo o fría, no había forma de templarla. Desconozco la causa, pero sí considero que es un problema para la comodidad del huésped.

Aunque la habitación estaba limpia había dos arañas gigantes. Una en el baño y otra en la pared donde estaba la televisión. Tampoco me gustó la ubicación, se encuentra muy lejos del centro de Tepoztlán.

El hostal está muy acogedor, camas confortables, ropa de cama y toallas limpias, suficiente en menesteres de baño. La dueña muy amable y atenta. Hay cafecito, para tomarlo en sus balcones y pasártela muy bohemio y contemplando la hermosa vista de Tepoz. He probado otros hoteles boutique, pero este hostal, no le pide nada a los otros, una estancia confortable!!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El hostal está en muy buenas condiciones, bien cuidado, limpio y seguro. La cocina es amplia y está bien equipada, es un gran plus poder contar con ella. Gracias al señor Gabriel que nos atendió, siempre amable y atento.

Únicamente agregaría en la habitación algún mueble que de más espacio para colocar ropa, el perchero no fue suficiente.

El personal es muy amabla y siempre disponible. Las habitaciones son amplias, es silencioso y cuenta con una gran cocina para uso común de los húespedes. Todo muy higiénico y bien equipada.

No tiene ventiladores de techo ni aire acondicionado, solo un aparato que en efecto es como ventilador de piso, pero no refresca la habitación, lo cual le resta confort cuando hace calor.
