Not a pleasant experience.

Location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Safe location.

The place is super noisy, impossible to sleep without earplugs. Not maintained at all it looks dirty even cleaner comes everyday. I found cockroaches in bathroom. Floor fan and selling fan were not in use. There was very crazy system in the shower, two minutes of boiling water and 5 minutes of cold water.

Very comfortable rooms, great ambiance, convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Temazcal! The rooms were a fair size with a large bathroom and shower, the beds per big and comfy! We loved the rooftop patio where we got to enjoy the full moon and the rising sun daily. The breakfast was quite delicious and the entire surrounding space of the building is lovely! Location is great so close to centre and many local restaurants. The staff was mostly friendly and Mari made us feel right at home. The place was full on the weekend so request for an extra pillow was not welcomed but other than that, we were treated very kindly.

We would have slept better with a couple extra pillows and this seemed to be a difficult request to fulfill.

Overall, it was a great place to stay

The room was spacious, nice and clean. Furniture was also nice. Staff was really nice people and helped us with advices and trip tips. I also get help to make a surprise for my girl, which I really appreciate

I'm not sure why, but the pressure in the shower wasn't really good. The first night was great, but the following 2 nights, there wasn't much pressure, making it a bit harder to wash your hair and body.

Nice for the price but it could do a little better to be a nicer experience

-Staff was very nice and made the atmosphere of the place cozy and nice -Location is no the best but downtown is only 10 minutes away from the location -Breakfast was nice, saves you time from going out while getting traditional Mexican food

-In my room there was no fan, so the place was very hot and suffocating at times -TV was very small and the reception quality very bad, only few channels worked -There was no hot water, which wasn't the end of the world, but something to keep in mind.

La ubicación es en una calle bastante tranquila, es muy bonita, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, aunque en los chilaquiles me hubiera gustado un poco más que no fueran totopos, pero todo rico, el baño muy cómodo, el masaje, muy relajante, temazcal increíble (Solo faltó el té que mencionaba el paquete) conocimos a una de las señoras en el desayuno y fue una persona increíble

No hay muchos canales en la televisión, la luz que alumbra la lona del hotel (balcón) reflejaba bastante hacia dentro de la habitación, fuera de eso, todo excelente

La habitación estaba con mucha humedad en las paredes y solo había un foco solitario de iluminación. Poca higiene, no lavan las sabanas y había pelos en las almohadas y sabanas. Lo único bueno fue la atención de el chico que administra.

La habitacion, regular toda vez que los muebles estaban algunos descompuestos, con puertas flojas, desatornilladas, lamparas de mesa sin servir, contactos sin tapa, el servicio de television muy básico, maxime que no permitia la transmisión de celular a pantalla.

Nos entregaron la habitación antes de la hora de check inn.

La cama muy pandeada, la tv nunca agarro señal, no había papel higiénico en el baño. El lavabo muy pequeño. A mí acompañante le pico algo en el brazo, muchos contactos eléctricos expuestos o poco seguros. La lámpara tenía una cucaracha muerta, no hay amenidades como tal. Solo lo ocupamos para dormir, pero aún así de las peores noches, sin sueño reparador.

Les points que nous avons particulièrement appréciés : - L’accueil du personnel - Les espaces communs, ainsi que le rooftop aménagé offrant une vue incroyable - La localisation de l’hôtel, à quelques pas du centre-ville - Le petit déjeuner offert le matin

La chambre était très mal isolée phoniquement : nous avons été réveillées durant la nuit, lorsqu’une voiture se garait dans le parking intérieur ou que quelqu’un parlait dans les parties communes.

El staff fue amable, y tienes posibilidad de entrar y salir a la hora que quieras. Cuartos individuales con baños propios.

El estacionamiento es incómodo, hay qué dejar las llaves ya qué se tienen que ir acomodando los carros conforme lleguen. El desayuno no era lo mejor del mundo (unos chilaquiles fueron solo 6 o 7 to topos, no vale mucho la pena por el precio y la habitación. Hay varios lugares más donde se puede desayunar muy bien.

No volvería a la habitación 7 u hotel

Que no dormí en la calle o un lugar peor

La habitación 7 es de lo peor, esta a pie de calle y se escuchan todos los carros durante toda la noche . Por lo que no se puede descansar que es lo principal. El ruido de la calle es horrible, lo otro que no me gusto es que esta completamente fuera del hotel. Solo es una reja y luego tu puerta del cuarto. Por otro lado el estacionamiento no esta garantizado y te ofrecen dejarlo en otro con un costo adicional de 100 pesos, si no aceptas se queda en la calle. No volvería al hotel por estas dos situaciones una es que la habitación esta fuera de la propiedad y su acceso es directo de la calle a tu cuarto. La segunda es el ruido durante toda la noche de carros. Aplica supongo para estas dos habitaciones. Lo peor es que booking no se hace responsable de estas devoluciones y no hay forma de cancelar sin perder tu dinero.

El personal es muy amable. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. El baño bonito y el agua caliente siempre disponible. El estacionamiento bien aunque muy apretado.

La puerta del baño requiere mantenimiento para que sea silenciosa y de fácil apertura.

Hubo un problema

La ubicación es buena, todo estaba limpio, el personal amable.

Reserve dos noches, desafortunadamente no pudimos dormir la primera noche debido a unos huéspedes escandalosos junto a nuestra habitación se escuchaba una discusión muy fuerte y el personal del hotel nunca subió a ver lo que pasaba, mejor salió otro huésped que igual termino discutiendo con ellos y por eso solo nos quedamos una noche, le comentamos a la encargada lo sucedido al día siguiente y el porque nos retirabamos pero no hubo ningún tipo de solución no nos hicieron mención de reembolso y tampoco lo mencionamos le expresamos que es responsabilidad del personal del hotel detener este tipo de problemas no los huéspedes. Espero este comentario les ayude a mejorar y solucionar de mejor manera las cosas para evitar que termine en una mala estancia por no saber detener a tiempo un problema.
