The location is great and the parking is advantageous is you don’t want to use your car after arrival.
The room is small and dark with little lighting. The bathroom needs a cabinet or shelves to store personal care items. The sink is tiny (but the shower was good sized.) No closet or dresser so luggage goes on the floor. No coffee maker or small refrigerator.

clean, well decorated and common areas have sumptuous flora
this could be booking website problem or hotel problem, i dont know but it was not made explicitly clear that they don't accept Credit Card payment on the booking.com site or during reservation steps. i ended up paying them in dollars at a not-so-ideal conversion rate.

Location fabulous. Bed super comfortable. View - great. Bathroom -basic. Street noise really loud until 2-3 am (not hotel’s fault, but hard to sleep).
Noise on a Saturday night, really loud until really late.
