Not celan, the courtain would not close correctly and you could see all the inside of the room from outside so no privacy at all. The towels were dirty and the room had a weird smell.

Disappointing

I like the staff was really nice.

We arrived late and wanted to take a shower but we didn't have water in our room. The next morning wake up try to shower and use the bathroom and there was no water. I try to watch TV but the wifi was not working. The water came until 11:30am the next morning. Making impossible to use the bathroom or shower not acceptable.

We arrived a little before check in time and were made to wait until the time in the courtyard, even though the room was ready. They disinfect the rooms with a product that smells so strong you can´t sleep. The hotel is between two highways, so it is extremely noisy.

Salida a medio día y la alberca se abre a las 8 pm. Se hace la reserva con Bookin y terminan cobrando un precio mayor ellos, no hay apps en la televisión, muy malo el internet, toman fotos que con perspectiva parece que la alberca circunda el área de comida, el agua de la alberca con cucarachas muerta y muchas hojas

Tina de didromasaje solo funciona un minuto con bajisima presión y falta agua caliente. Despues de un rato vuelve a fincionar solo un minuto. La televisión no funciona le faltan instrucciones y el PIN El teléfono como funciona?. Penalizan llegada anticipada con $200 aunque esten muchas habitaciones vacias e informan cargar un día mas si sales despues de las 12 hs. Mucho ruido de carretera

Buena atención por parte del personal, son muy amables. Buena ubicación cerca del centro.

Piscina con agua muy fría, no hay restaurante y el desayuno, aunque está incluído, está algo "pobre". Dan unas enchiladas que prácticamente solo son tortilla sin nada adentro.

Hotel a buen precio cerca de todo.

Es un hotel dividido en dos partes con una carretera entre los dos. El cuarto tiene ventanas muy grandes frente a una plaza central. Se oye todo lo que sucede en la plaza. En la entrada principal tienen un perro guardián que ladra mucho en la noche. Por la carretera, que divide al hotel en dos, pasan tráileres en la noche que frenan con el motor, y se oye en el cuarto. En esta ciudad la temperatura es muy templada y las casas no usan aire acondicionado, no se necesita, solo abanico.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. El cuarto sucio y feo. Nunca regresaría.

La ubicación muy bien si no quieres estar cerca del centro de Tepoztlán que es lo que nosotros necesitábamos.

El cuarto muy sucio. Había una cucaracha muerta cuando entramos al cuarto. Las almohadas sucias y una alfombra que había también. El precio demasiado caro para lo que es.

No había nadie en recepción en la noche, cierran la puerta y quedamos atrapados en el hotel hasta la mañana.

Muy tranquilo y buena ubicación, ofrecieron un masaje de cortesía y desayuno lo cual estuvo muy bien.

Las persianas están en terrible condición y hay una luz fuertísima afuera del cuarto toda la noche en el pasillo que nos dijeron que no era posible apagar debido a las cámaras. Hay cero privacidad y se ve absolutamente todo desde afuera de las habitaciones y la luz no dejaba dormir. El cuarto estaba lleno de humedad, el tapete estaba empapado y se metía el agua. Por otro lado lo más preocupante fue que por las noches no hay nadie en la rececpión o a cargo del hotel y cierran con llave. Intenté salir a mi coche por algo que había olvidado por la noche solo para darme cuenta de que era imposible, no había nadie de personal ni de seguridad a cargo que me abriera la puerta, intenté marcar a todos los teléfonos del hotel a ver si alguien del otro lado respondía pero tampoco. Me pareció terrorífico que no exista una sola persona a cargo del hotel por seguridad de los huéspedes y que te dejen encerrado. En caso de una emergencia o de querer salir por la noche no hay forma no hay quien te abra! Estás atrapado hasta la mañana.
