Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The location directly on the promenade with car park next door made this a great choice and we like the traditional style of the hotel
We lost a nights sleep due to a dog barking until 3am in the room next door. This was the fault of the guest. The hotel apologised but we still had a ruined night of sleep.

Location, room quality
No active heating/cooling system-were told this "standard" for shoulder season. Not so in neighbouring hotels. The bar and restaurant areas were closed. This was not disclosed on either the Booking.com or Hotel websites both showing them as part of the facilities on offer. Obviously a cost cutting exercise but not reflected in the room rates-poor value for money.
