This is a beautiful property in the perfect location on the Promenade. The staff is kind and helpful and will take care of all your needs. This was our second time staying here and will be our go to hotel for future visits. Walk everywhere to shops and restaurants and explore all Nice has to offer.

A beautiful elegant and understated hotel. The staff were very professional, with concierge and porter services readily available. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable especially the bed. Marble bathrooms and separate toilet/bidet, and quality toiletries. The shower wasn’t quite powerful enough for my preference, but that’s a minor personal point. The air conditioning is modern and effective, and when I needed help to work it, the concierge arrived within minutes to assist. We stayed in a balcony room (306) with a fantastic sea view. However, it’s worth noting that noise from the promenade is constant, day and night. For that reason, I would personally opt for a room without a sea view on a future visit. The breakfast is very good indeed, lots of choice, plenty of waiting staff and opens out to the sea views. The bar area also opens onto the seafront, with both covered and open seating and waiter service. We didn’t use the spa as we spent most of the time outside, but it looked amazing. Overall, and beautiful hotel with excellent service in a prime location.
the balcony sea view rooms were stunning but the noise from the promenade kept us awake at night.
The shower lacked power.

Loved how spacious our seaview room was and the views were fabulous. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Sleep was disturbed on occasions with noisy vehicles/people on Promenade.

Good location.
Some (not all) staff were a bit unhelpful. For instance, i was waiting for my girlfriend and went to the lobby bar area wanting a coffee. Man at counter said to sit down and he would come and take my order. He never did. So i went to a delightful cafe outside and nearby.
The spa has to be booked and most likely a week in advance. I understand it is not a pure hotel spa so it gets mostly outside custom and guests have to book. When i turned up there was no availability for the weekend. I felt a bit hard done by re the advertisment of this being a soa hotel.
The shower in the room was a trickle and it was stuck on a hot temp.
