Nice property, clean, small but adequate room, lovely casual patio area outside. AC worked but it wasn’t that warm out. Not sure it could keep up in hotter temperatures. Window opened which was nice but no screen on it so didn’t leave it open. We didn’t have breakfast for additional cost but it was available. Centrally located a block from the beautiful promenade and several different restaurants in the neighbourhood nearby. One breakfast spot that was so popular it had a line up outside on a weekday. Called something like The Garden Cafe and we tried Le Curry which was very good as well.

This boutique hotel is ideally located near the beach, shops, and cafes. However, the rooms are very small, and there’s no hot water at night. The most concerning issue is a group of men loitering outside the hotel all day and night, creating a sketchy and unsettling atmosphere. When we raised this with the hotel, they stated the group is not on their property, so they have no control over them. For a 4-star hotel, this level of loitering nearby is unacceptable and feels very unsafe.
