Loved the location. Close to the promenade but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely little Hotel. Nice size room. Staff were very friendly. Tea kettle in your room and free tea.
Air conditionong was a life saver as we arrived during a heat wave. 32 and 33 degrees celcius.
Loads of restaurants in the area. Food was fantastic in every place we ate.
The WIFI wasnt working so after 2 days we gave up. The staff said its been happening lately.
Size of the shower was very tiny. You need to get in sideways.
No face cloths in france ( not a hotel issue, a country issue).
Hallways are dark. Lights are motion activated but they come on one at a time ( not the whole length of the hallway). I think thats a France thing to conserve electricity but its unnerving to walk in a dark hallway. Plus walls are a darker shade of green so it looks even darker.

Good location. Nice staff
Not much hot water, bathroom door didn't lock.
Had to have cold shower tap off and even then the water was luke warm.
Small room, a bit old.
