This property is absolutely stunning. The location, the friendliness of the owner, the facilities and comfort. It is very peaceful, quiet and we were able to totally relax. The owner was very helpful and very friendly. There are amazing walks and a lovely village, with a pizza restaurant and a local pub (delicious food) We will definitely look to stay here again in the future, if we are down this way.
There was nothing we didn’t like. It was one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in, in the UK.

Stunning location close to Greenway House and within a 4 mile walk to Kingswear/Dartmouth. Brixham/Paignton also within a short drive.

It was just perfect, the pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t believe it when we turned up, it was just what we needed. So peaceful yet not too far away from others places of interest. Couldn’t believe a national trust was right on our doorstep and the views were amazing.
Leaving to go home and not being able to stay longer

Fab location, comfortable clean bed, plenty of room as a whole, shower function and size was good. We would love to stay again and recommend to friends, but we would need to see reviews that The Annex had been cleaned and updated.
The Annex hadn't had a clean after last years guests, particularly seen in the greasy/dirty kitchen and appliances, and the bathroom which also needed some maintenance. Towels didn't smell good, and tea towel smelt of oil. Cushions for out door furniture were wet in a storage box.
