Parking very tight , old and tired interior

Fantastic location, central walking distance into the centre, M&S food hall 5min walk. Also good for those with children as there is a park and waterfront for crabbing 2 mins walk away. The accommodation was comfortable, powerful shower, and rooms are a generous size. Really appreciated having a balcony looking out to the waterfront and boats. Had some very peaceful mornings sat watching whilst enjoying a cuppa and breakfast. Kitchen had tea, coffee, sugar, dish soap, sponge & cloth. Any maintenance issues get resolved quickly, we had no hot water, and someone came out first thing on a Sunday, and it was quickly resolved.

The garage is tight, but totally manageable. The kitchen was well equipped, but could have done with there being foil and an airfryer. The kettle is very heavy. Freezer is not a great space and didn't perform well - granted it is a small one within an undercounter fridge.

It was very spacious. The view was limited but we could look straight up an adjoining road to see the river and the steam train The balcony was wonderful especially in the morning.

The steps! Could have done with an ice tray in fridge ( that’s just being petty now) Settee only comfortable if you’re sat in middle.

Quiet building and great location .

Furnishings look cheap and sofa covers poor and ill fitting. Car park really small and this is not highlighted original booking details only knew once booked. Outside areas a little tired.
